The company I work for has used Myron for over 20 years for two sizes of custom planners. I placed the order as always in March with a delivery date of October. I thought everything was fine until I got an email in September stating they were preparing to ship my order and it was not the items I had ordered. I tried to get a response my Rep Bryan Smith as to what was going on. He stated the ones I ordered were not available and that they were going to replace them with the other ones. I told him multiple times I did not want them and to please cancel all orders, because they kept sending my the proof to approve. Needless to say, weeks later and many email sent to them thinking it was taken care of, the box arrived. I was not aware it was from them and now I have sent multiple emails asking for a return label. They will not respond. read more

The items are decent and you get what you pay for but WOW is their customer service terrible. They are relentless to a point where if you say "No" they get rude and angry with you. I had one of my employees who answered the phone when one of their reps called in and my employee told her that I was unavailable, the rep kept badgering the employee and telling her to put me on. Maybe if they improved their training they would have far less turnover and better behaved staff. I also would be weary of their "loyalty points" and "discounts". They try to rush you in to buying things by offering these supposed discounts but their prices continue to increase even with the "discounts" applied. I would highly advise to look at other options, these types of materials and marketing pieces are a dime a dozen. This company is THE WORST!!! I am not a fan of leaving bad reviews but my experience was horrible. I ordered 50 pens on May 27, 2020. They did the artwork incorrectly. The change was requested on June 8th, I just got the pens on September 15, 2020. I wouldn't take their products if they were free at this point. Totally disappointed. And Covid was never stated as a reason as to why the order took so long, so yea, spend your money elsewhere. I only put one star because we have to choose an amount so we can write the review. The worst service I've ever encountered. Ordering was difficult. I could not order online. When I called, the first person I talked to kept my on hold over an hour before I hung up. The second person was helpful, did her job well and set up my account and took my order. After that, the art I sent was hacked and not what I had sent. I had to make two separate requests that they just print the art exactly as I had sent it to them. Each of these requests took a full day. Then, when the pencils were finally ready and invoiced, I got a tracking number. The tracking number said label created for 4 days before I called to ask what was going on. The woman I spoke to said I should get it "today or tomorrow". I wait another three days. Still nothing. Finally, I call back again, get put on hold for 15 minutes because the guy I spoke to doesn't know how to transfer a call. Call back again, another 20 minute wait to speak to Garrison, a supervisor. He tells me it will take another 2 weeks before I can get my pens. The pens that were supposed to be graduation gifts for my students, which will be a week after the last day of classes. I ask for a refund, and he tells me that that is going to take 4-7 days! WTF!!!! I waited over a month and never got anything. Never shop here. The company is a disorganized joke! read more

I've placed two orders online, and paid for those orders online, at the same time. In both cases, I got "past due" invoices from Myron -- mind you, I paid online at the time of ordering. In both cases, I provided proof that the payments cleared my bank. Still no results. At this point, I don't recommend Myron, given the hassle of having to prove I paid. No response from Myron. I decided to try these pens from a promotional ad i saw. I ordered the selena stylus soft touch. 50 pens. Price was supposed to be promotional but seems to be their regular price, however still a pretty good deal. Quality - from what I have used, good to excellent. Slightly heavier pen, feels better in my hands than the all plastic stuff you get elsewhere. Inks nice, flows smooth, no problems. I did just get them so no idea how long they will last yet. Printing on them is nice and accurate. Delivery - no real deadline noted but it felt like it took longer than I expected. Not too long mind you. I did start getting a little concerned about this being a scam but the next day or so they arrived. Overall- I ordered something, and it arrived and met all conditions of the order, quality and feel better than expected, delivery a bit longer than expected but not disappointed. Only reason not 5 . I have been a customer with Myrons since 2012 and I hate that I have to do this review but I will never order or refer this company again. I have referred many people and businesses but awful customer service. First off, I ordered bags with Chloe Perez on the 20th of June with promise to have them by the 13th of July. Called on today to check status of items but told that they were not sending because they were damaged, however no calls to inform me of this issue only found out because I called. Spoke with Garrison who tells me that they can alternate items almost a week later which is unacceptable. Asked to speak with supervisor with no success. This has gone on for the past 6 hours and still no resolve. I asked for refund because the event will be over. Now I am being told that I have to wait for refund if at all. My issue is that they did not wait to take money out of my account for the items. I am very upset. Never will order from Myron's again and will continue to do reviews. The product we ordered was fine but then they pad the invoice with a "Tariff Surcharge" of 4.8% ! I had to search and search before I finally found "Tariff surcharge may apply" in the very tiny small print of the direct mail piece I ordered from. It is hard to imagine that they don't know the cost of their product landed on the ground in their warehouse before they send out a "Limited Time Offer" that expires in 30 days! I placed an order on 4/9. I've called the company twice to get a status. Provided the order number I received when I made my purchase. I was advised that they could not find my name nor email anywhere in their system  and they would investigate. All the while, $55.08 was deducted from my account for the purchase. Myron lacks in customer service when refunds are requested for product that arrives and is unusable. Ordered pens with highlighters and a good portion of the caps were off the highlighters, which leaked onto the box and dried up. I have made numerous attempts as I was promised a partial refund bill still not refund or contact from customer service. I wouldn't even give them a one rating if there was a lower option. I placed a order with them on 11/18/2021. I paid the invoice on 12/6/2021 before it was due. My check cleared my account on 12/13/2021. I am constantly getting emails saying they never received payment. I have sent multiple emails and talked with several different customer service representatives about this matter. They continue to say they will look into it and then I don't here anything until the next email. I have also sent proof of payment in the form of the canceled check. They continue to email me stating I did not pay for these items. Now they have turned it into a debt collector who I am now dealing with. I am waiting to here from the debt collector now. I will not work with this company again, which is a pity as they have what looks like a wide selection of product. I'd talked to two individuals at the company who assured me, before placing an order, that my art work would work for the USB keychain we wanted to order. I then placed an order for QTY 500. I also made sure that we could get the items within our time limit. A few days later I received a mock up from the art department. The proof looked nothing like what I'd sent in, so I called and spoke with a man named Henry. After two phone calls with him, he lets me know that my art work will not work for the piece, and that I will have to work with their department to design something else - which is why I was charged a $70-something fee. Why I couldn't just speak with the department directly, or why I was told differently a few days prior, I'll never know. I send in a second design after saying several times that I didn't want to work with the art department, I wanted what I was sending in - verbatim. It took awhile, but they understood, and a day later, presented me with what I wanted. I then called the company back to confirm that I would be getting my order on time, as we have deadlines too. They told me that because we'd changed our mind on the design, the delivery would be pushed back - right to our limit. They told me that I would have to put a rush on the order.. fine. $40. At this point, I'm not going to argue. I just needed the product. I then get an e mail after the weekend that my product is scheduled to ship out on our deadline date, not arrive. I call the company, and the girl answering refused to give me any information. Instead, I was told that I had a dedicated Sales Rep, Kim. I was transferred to her line, and left a message. She calls me back the next day and laughs off my concerns, ending the call by saying, "ttyl". How old is this person?? She tells me that my product will make it by the day I need it, and will ship out that afternoon. I call two days later to make sure, as contrary to what she'd said on the phone, Kim has not provided me with updates. I speak to yet another woman, who had no issue giving me information, who tells me that my product will definitely ship out today, and that it will make it 4 days AFTER our deadline. Needless to say, I'm pissed off. At this point, I don't know what I'm going to do on my end, and I am not confident that the latest information I've received from this company is even remotely accurate. I wish I'd read the other Yelp reviews prior to ordering. It would have saved me a headache and frustration involved with dealing with this awful company. read more

They kept claiming that the proofs were emailed to the email on file and after numerous calls with the organization they claimed that it was a issue with GMAIL and they had NO resolution on how to fix it or any alternate resolutions. I requested to be refunded the amount and the representative mentioned that they never charged the $99 and it was a courtesy hold orgininally, it was then explained that the hold showed up as a charge.. What a nightmare! This company is the epitome of unprofessionalism, incompetency, and miscommunication within the organization. I ordered pens and requested the expedted shipping. First it took them way too long to send me the artwork to approve. There was a mistake so I got the new artwork and I approved it again then NOTHING. Over the course of 2 weeks, I got multiple customer support telling me it's getting printed and will ship. What's the point of expedited shipping?! Then I finally requested to speak to the manager, then they told me they've been out of stock for the product but they just got it and will print and ship it overnight with expedited charge waved and give us free pens which I didn't care much for (this was confirmed with management). Another 4 days passed and still nothing. I then talked directly to manager (he claims he's NOT the manager who was contacted last time and he does not know which manager) and after I explained everything, he says, so you're getting free pens? Then on top of that, he says there's no note on my account about waving fee or shipping overcharge and all he can do is apologize for inconvenience and ship the pens out in 10 days. This is from the management!! So, then I just said I will never do business with them and canceled my order. In hindsight, I should've cancelled it much sooner. This company is a mess. I ordered pens in January, their design team always messes up logos & doesn't follow instructions. Changes take forever, zero communication. When we finally got the design finalized, we had to send our order back twice. They call me every week for money and I have to explain to them that I still hadn't received correct pens. They did nothing to make this right, their people don't take notes or check the details of what's going on with an account before they call you. I'm on the west coast so that was usually at 5 a.m. my time. They kept trying to get me to pay for pens that I didn't even have delivered yet. I finally got my order in August- 7 1/2 months later and paid for it that same week. They call me to tell me my card has declined and I said "the card is fine, run it again" Then they don't send me any confirmation. I hear nothing from them again until I get a call from collections - this is now early October. 2 months after finally receiving my order. They don't call me and try to figure out what's going on, they just send it to collections and tack on a $50 fee?! are you kidding me? I called them directly, told them "run the card again" they did and it worked... I never gave them the card numbers again, it was the same one they had on file all along. someone was probably entering the wrong number or something. I'm so glad to be done with them - I will NEVER use them again. EVER. Buyer Beware! It's not worth the time or money - use another marketing/promo service that is efficient and one you can work with ONE person to see your order through. Was very surprised to learn that they don't have a re-order process. Really! Don't they want repeat customers? If I have to fill out all the customization I might as well check around and see who's offering new customer discounts. But the chat gal said she would handle. I asked her to order the same thing as last time and I noted that the current price on the website was .25 each. She said it was .32. !!!!!STAY AWAY!!!! We placed an initial order of pens that took for ever to arrive but, were of ok quality and price. I was hassled by phone calls and mailers regularly after that. In an attempt to make it stop, I agreed to place an order on hold and the sales department would call me to confirm release of the order for 6 months. I further told them that the previous design would NOT be used again and restated this about 10 times. About 3 months later I received another shipment that was not authorized. Then, a couple of days after it arrived I got a call asking if I would like to make another order (Are you freaking kidding me!!). I told the person that I had just received an order that I did not authorize and would not pay for. They said they would find out what happened. All I got after that was bills, calls for payment and threats of collection. These people have very deceptive business practices and should be avoided at all costs!!!!!! We wanted to test an item so ordered a minimum amount of a particular swag item (LED screwdriver pens). The pens weren't bad for the price and dealing with Myron on the purchase (made online) wasn't bad either. We didn't have a deadline for the items so I cannot speak to how it is to deal with Myron when you need swag for a specific event/campaign. I will say however that once you order from them you are bombarded with calls, flyers, and hideous pens. If your products and service is top of the line you won't have to send a pen every month to anyone that's ever placed an order with you. I placed one $300 order, how much money are you going to spend on having sales reps call me and sending pens or flyers? I can guarantee you that over the course of a year you will spend more money on getting my repeat business than you made off of our deal and that it's such an annoyance you won't get my repeat business. An excellent experience and quality product will go further than the barrage of marketing/sales efforts. I honestly would have worked with you again, but am so tired of getting calls almost weekly (which apparently aren't being notated properly because the calls keep coming). read more
