Terribly hard to do business with this company. My Sales Rep, Kim Thompson, sent me art work that, if she would have looked at it, was missing the colored logo that we expressly sent the artwork for. You would expect to get a "proof" and see what you are ordering. Not sure what the mix up is with their math but the quote I did with their link was off by more than $150.00. We wanted to test an item so ordered a minimum amount of a particular swag item (LED screwdriver pens). The pens weren't bad for the price and dealing with Myron on the purchase (made online) wasn't bad either. We didn't have a deadline for the items so I cannot speak to how it is to deal with Myron when you need swag for a specific event/campaign. I will say however that once you order from them you are bombarded with calls, flyers, and hideous pens. If your products and service is top of the line you won't have to send a pen every month to anyone that's ever placed an order with you. I placed one $300 order, how much money are you going to spend on having sales reps call me and sending pens or flyers? I can guarantee you that over the course of a year you will spend more money on getting my repeat business than you made off of our deal and that it's such an annoyance you won't get my repeat business. An excellent experience and quality product will go further than the barrage of marketing/sales efforts. I honestly would have worked with you again, but am so tired of getting calls almost weekly (which apparently aren't being notated properly because the calls keep coming). read more

I spent an inordinate amount of time trying to find a pocket calendar that reflected my business. After finding out most of the ones I wanted - samples THEY sent me - were out of stock - I finally found one. When they did not arrive as promised I called only to find out they sold my calendars to someone else!! I don't get it - Amsterdam still offers many, many calendars even now at the end of December - and none are sold out. Won't use these people again. read more

I spoke at length to a rep about the importance of receiving my product on time for a large event. I was promised. I had been back and forth with the rep for an entire day to ensure I could get it rushed and on time I checked the tracking and have learned that it won't be ready in time. Very poor customer service! Now I am 3 days to an event with no product! I have requested a full refund. I will not use this company and I will be sure to spread the word about this poor customer service. read more

We bought the lighted pens to advertise my wife's Avon business. My wife loves the pens. The flashlight is powerful and the pens are of excellent quality. After four emails and two phone calls to approve work on a product the wrong product was shipped. While talking to customer service they told me there was balance, they had a promotion and I payed in full so there should not have been. So if you want to waste your time ordering a product, waste your time with approval department, and then be asked to spend more after the product was shipped. This is the right place. We ordered products once from Myron, a set of calendars to send to our sales reps. That was in very early 2015. Their quality was sub-par, so I didn't elect to order any additional products from them. Clearly very cheap products manufactured overseas. Since then, I have received at least 30 phone calls from different sales reps for Myron (call center marketing) asking when I will be placing my new order. I have given them no inclination that I will be placing a second order and have expressly told them both on the phone and via email (they send me CONSTANT spam emails, close to 2-3 a week) that I was not interested. This last email took it a step too far. They actually created a fake quote and "PO" and sent it to me saying they needed my payment information so that my order can ship. The item in the quote was the exact same calendar I ordered nearly two years ago. The wording they used made it seem as though I requested this and that I needed to respond asap to get my order going. This type of marketing and sales is extremely shady and is only practiced by companies who clearly have products and employees unable to stand on their own merit. A list of just a few companies I have worked with who are by far superior to Myron: 4Imprint Empire Promos Vistaprint Go with ANY of these three over Myron. Stay away from the shady business practices (despite what they will try and respond with at the bottom of this review) and crappy products. read more

We bought some pens from Myron 2 years ago. The pens work great the only problem we had was that the clip part was inexpensive and would fall off easily. We got calls a couple of times a month which were annoying, until we finally told them to stop calling or we won't buy anymore at all. We've gotten some samples from Myron since, and the newly designed clips don't have the same issues. The new lighted pen samples have been great. Today, a year or more after they stopped calling, we got a call from a sales rep and we ordered 350 pens since we've been impressed the new offerings. The pens without the grip, although looking very nice, slip in your hand. If Myron starts making a lighted pen tip with a grip and stylus on the other end we would be all over it and would probably change this rating to a 5 star. read more

Myron corporation is unprofessional and immoral. Do not buy from them. I ordered pens from them about 2 years ago. I was asked by the sales rep if i wanted to place an advance order for the same item to be delivered in about 6 months time. I agreed for this one off placement. Since then, I have received two subsequent shipments that I did not order. After disputing the shipment and the charges for an endless period of time, I paid the invoice so that I wouldn't have my credit affected. I then made it very clear that I did not want to hear from them again; no orders, calls, etc. Sure enough, today I received an invoice for another shipment. This really never ends. I would you suggest that you do not buy from this company and you certainly should not trust any of their sales reps. This is a scam. read more

I was very hesitant at first. They make you place your order before you get to see a proof but they didn't run my card until I approved the artwork a couple weeks later. The artwork process through email was very slow. I wouldn't hear back for three to four days at a time but once I finally called in they responded very quickly and we got the artwork approved within a couple of hours. The shipping was fast, I think I got the product in 3 days and I'm happy with it. I bought the fidget spinner/keychain/bottle opener and I wish they printed the logo on both sides but they only do one side. I was worried that they would be really cheap and break but so far they are strong. I've had them for two weeks and I'm happy with them. I'll probably order more. read more

My clients have been very happy with each of the branded items we purchase. Pocket calendars, pens, and magnets so far. Delivered as promised and exactly what we order each time. We received a pen with an order form. I tried to get online to order them. It wouldn't work. I also tried to chat online and the lady disconnected the chat. So I went back again to ask how I order they never even replied to the chat they again disconnected it. I placed an order for 75 calendars on 12/5/18. I received a confirmation email stating my order had been received. After over a week with no contact from them, I receive a phone call stating they ran out of stock on the calendars that I ordered, and they would not be receiving more until 12/20, which my order would then not ship out until 12/28. This company is horrible with being in contact with their customers. No reason they should have waited over a week after I placed my order to contact me stating they were out of stock on my product. They did not offer to put a rush on my order or offer any sort of apology for what is clearly their mistake. Just a warning, if you have a deadline that you want your items by, this is NOT the company to order from. Since they took so long to contact me, I cannot even place an order with another vendor to get calendars before the 1st of the year. read more

I was advised by my sale person to specifically pick a particular lighted pen so that the silver laser etching would match the silver on the pens. He was totally incorrect!!! He guaranteed the laser etching would in fact be silver. Now I have a 100 lighted pens, with brass laser etching and Myron can't do anything about correcting the problem. Not to mention, I ordered the pens in Nov. 2013 and I was suppose to get the pens before Christmas and didn't receive them until Jan. 2014...100% NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! read more

I placed a pen order in February. It is now May and still no order. I checked the status and it now says September before the pens will be ready. I placed this order over the phone with a sales rep and was told I would have the pens in a few weeks. It has been a few months. I have made several customer service phone calls that have done absolutley no good. They will lie to you to get you off of the phone. I was told someone would call me back, I have never receive one single call back from them. I cancelled the order today. The customer service rep acted as if it was no big deal to cancel an order. Such terrible customer service. What a bad company that takes someones money and not give them a product for it. Then when the customer tries to resovle it, they get the run around from the company. Found a product that fit my needs. Sent an email to ask a simple question. 24 hours later, the response I got was a link back to the product page and instructions to read the reviews. The problem is that my question was about a certain product and both places for reviews on the page were about the company as a whole and didn't answer my question. When I responded to tell them this, they took another 24 hours to answer and were more interested in being right than helpful. Against my better judgement, I took a gamble and placed my order. When I received an email saying that my order was received, I sent an email to info@penfactory.com asking for my expected ship date and expected delivery date. That was two days ago and I still haven't heard back. Today, I called the 800 number to check on my order. They said my order was in production and they would send a proof for my approval before my pens go to print. That was an hour and a half ago. I realize there are snow storms going on in the area which could have put them behind. However, one person I spoke with on the phone told me they had been working from home. If that's the case, email shouldn't be behind. Why does it take so long to get a response? I'm not even rushing them on production or shipping. Do not ever use this company for marketing material. I ordered 100 light up pens with our company logo on them. When they showed up, the logo was too small to read. We received a discount on the order.11 months later, we got a box and an invoice for the same pens at a much higher cost. Sleezy way to do business. read more
