    My husband (who Always claims to be the better driver) hit a concrete post at the gas station and…read morescraped/dented up the rear quarter panel on his new truck. We contacted Dotten Collision who was able to get us in right away. They had to keep the truck for a couple of weeks for repairs (mostly waiting on parts from the dealership). There was constant communication via emails and phone calls keeping us updated on the progress - which was sooo appreciated. When we picked it up, it was as good as new!! Although, we hope not to have to see him anytime soon, Vince and Dotten Collision will definately be our go-to place for such situations!! Amazing work and great staff...we appreciate all they did for us!

I made the horrible mistake of entrusting this body shop with a luxury vehicle - big mistake. Sure you should expect to get your car back looking newly restored but you'd also expect to get your car back in working order right? . . . you don't expect a seized passenger door that can't be opened or extra body chips in places where the car wasn't damaged. Results like this make one wonder how people stay in business. Results I received cost me more than the original insurance repair claim. Did I give Dotten the opportunity to make things right? Absolutely - and as a matter of fact that's what the business owner promised "leave it with me and I promise to fix it and make things right". But after a week of leaving the vehicle with them, they realized what it would actually take or cost to correct the botched job. The owner's best excuse was the door broke because it was old . . . really!? coincidentally exactly while just at your place for body shop repairs after all these years . . . amazing! This is the kind of professionalism and integrity that you can expect at Dotten collision. Dotten couldn't fix, would not correct or pay to remedy the problem so the promises and warrantees you'll get are worthless. Avoid the grief and legal action. There are so many more reliable and professional choices like Service King who undid Dotten's damage. That's my experience with Dotten's wretched service experience.

    My experience with this shop was extremely disappointing and concerning. I brought my vehicle in…read morefor an insurance estimate, and what I encountered raised serious ethical and professional red flags. From the beginning, the staff displayed misleading and coercive practices. I was told that if I wanted to remove my car after parts were ordered or delayed, I would have to pay for reassembly--even if I decided not to move forward with the repair. This feels like a form of coercive retention, essentially holding a customer's vehicle "hostage" to secure business. When I asked for a reasonable timeframe or even an estimate of how long the process might take, the representative became defensive, abrupt, and unprofessional. His tone escalated, he began talking back, breathing heavily, and acting irritated, as if my questions were an inconvenience rather than a normal part of the repair discussion. To make matters worse, when I calmly pointed out that his behavior was inappropriate and that I planned to speak with a manager and Allstate, he dismissed my concerns entirely and said I could "complain to anyone I wanted." That type of arrogance and indifference toward customer feedback is unacceptable in any professional environment--especially one recommended by a major insurance provider. This shop's lack of transparency, hostile attitude, and deceptive communication tactics are alarming. They appear to intentionally cloud information and pressure clients into staying, rather than providing honest guidance and respect. I strongly urge others to proceed with caution and document every interaction. No customer should feel intimidated, dismissed, or trapped when seeking basic service information. I have since filed a formal complaint with Allstate, and they confirmed that this shop should not have provided incorrect information--a customer has every right to request their vehicle back if there are parts delays and should not be charged for reassembly in such cases.

They worked out the details with the insurance company. They also set reasonable expectations and was done within the estimated time. I didn't have to pay beyond the deductible, which was great.
