I recently had to turn in my lease & Lila turned a sour situation into the BEST experience ever! My great grandmother passed in March & Jason Jakey hounded me for 3 weeks because "I was missing good deals", pulled my credit even though we ended the conversation with "we'll play by ear", and stop calling once I found out my credit was pulled. I felt as a woman taken advantage of and wanted to take my business elsewhere UNTIL a friend of mine suggested a woman named Lila that works @crest. Honestly, I wanted to leave Ford for GOOD until I had 1 good conversation with the most kind understanding person named Lila. She acknowledged my loss, didn't FORCE a sale, asked me what were my goals in looking for a car not only did she save me money on my monthly note but I turned in my 22 Ford Edge & upgraded to a 2024 Edge, little to no miles, AND A SUNROOF! Thanks Lila

First free oil change on my Mustang. Thank you Sammy. He's your used car sales professional is awesome. Met Save the General Manager, and Todd in service took care of everything timely and professionally. Great job!

Crest Ford My review not going to blast them like I should but they treated me me like dirt I bought a 2022 Ford F150 Sport from Crest ford on Nov 22 ,2022 the truck was in an accident on June 29, 2023 at VanDyke and 696 less than a mile from the dealership so I took the truck back to Crest. 5 months later my truck still sitting out in the elements behind Crest Ford not properly wrapped so the leather in the truck wrinkled from the cold and this is when they first looked at it well they didn't repair it . So the salesman recommended a shop that could repair it Somerset collision on John R at 8 mile my truck goes back in November 2025 the collision shop half fix it paint runs discolored paint so me that dealership is dishonest because u found later that should have even be working on cars in the collision shop because at the time they had no one licensed to run the collision shop now I turn my truck back in in November with under 15000 thousand miles because it's ugly and don't run like it should now do you thing this is a place to buy a new ford.

I live in Hawaii but we have had a major car shortage due to COVID. I came home to see family and purchased a Ford Bronco Sport from Crest Ford. My salesperson MO KAHN was STELLAR! Mo is kind, patient, and very accommodating. I had issues with registration here in Hawaii and needed additional paperwork twice. Mo got it handled and overnighted to me both times the paperwork I needed. I have high standards when it comes to making any big purchase and Mo was OUTSTANDING! I cannot stress this enough- if you're in the market for a Ford, he's your guy!

I was recently in the market for a Bronco Sport and ended up at Crest Ford. I could not have been happier with the service I received. I was treated with respect and they made the usually daunting task of trading in a car for a new vehicle very easy. Everyone I worked with was amazing. My salesman, Mohammad Khan was honest, attentive and diligent. The general sales manager Sam Haynes was friendly and straight forward and the finance manager Tim Rotarius made signing my paperwork a breeze. If you are looking for a new car I highly recommend Crest Ford. Make sure you ask for Mohammad!

Worst excuse for customer service I've ever experienced. They weren't planning on calling me to let me know my vehicle was ready even tho it had been finished before closing time. I was assured more than once they would, but I had to call myself to even get this information. Not to mention I turned in my vehicle and took my own photos because I just knew there would be an issue. There was a 6 in scratch on the rear right leather seat that magically appeared while my car was in the dealerships possession. 0/10 would not recommend even to an enemy. They will lie to you with a smile on their face. As someone who has worked in customer service nearly 10 years, this is the worst excuse for a business I've ever seen. They are not worth your time or money.

Crest Ford's assistant Body shop Manager is a good guy!

He Slammed my car door as hard as he could with me in it and tried making me leave without looking into the check engine light. I opened my door back up and he slammed it again. For five years, I have traveled from West Bloomfield, passing at least two other dealerships on my way, just for service from the Golling Toyota team. I often ask staff members how they like their jobs. It's important to me that I spend my money with companies that treat their employees fairly and well. Every staff member I've met with has shared that they feel valued and treated well by the Golling family, and that adds to my reason for the 5-Stars. -Anne Cron

It's going to cost $1200 to fix." Okay fine, I'm trying to make this vehicle last. When will it be done? "Probably tomorrow." I call on Tuesday, "probably tomorrow." I call on Wednesday, "probably tomorrow." I asked why 'probably' and the service advisor got all snippy with me. "One of the new parts we received was bad so we'll have to order another and we don't know if it will get here in time. Plus we found something else wrong." I tell them that I absolutely need the vehicle by end of day Thursday. Thursday goes by. I try calling at the end of the day AND THEIR PHONE LINES ARE DOWN. Now I'm at the rental car place because I absolutely need a vehicle for Friday to take my dog to the neurologist 30 miles away. I try calling one last time and they FINALLY answered. "Oh yeah, we just finished and tried calling you." (When your phone lines are down?) Then I walked .6 miles from the rental car place to the dealership to pick up my vehicle. What was initially quoted: $425 for 90k service, $1200 for differential repair, plus "a little more" for the extra bad part that they found. Total so far: $1625, plus "a little more." "Your total today will be $3360." WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK? That's more than DOUBLE the original estimate. I know that some service places will upcharge, but this is beyond unacceptable. Seriously, fuck this place. Do not give them your business. I've been driving for 24 years and have never experienced anything like it. If I weren't able to scrape together just enough money, I'd still be without the vehicle. Look at my attached photo. This shows the quality of their "craftsmanSHIT." Dear Management at Prestige,…read more I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent service experience at your dealership. I have been a loyal customer for six years, having purchased my vehicle brand new from you. I have always ensured my car is well-maintained at your facility, and it currently has less than 60,000 miles. I recently encountered several frustrations regarding a repair for my SD card reader. First, I was told the latest I could drop off my vehicle was 2:15 PM. I took time off work to meet this deadline, only to find out upon arrival that a later drop-off would have been possible. Additionally, I was informed that loaner vehicles are not available. Regarding the repair itself, I was quoted $500 to fix the SD card reader, which your team previously worked on in 2023. I was told that the issue was simply a loose wire in the console. Given that I have consistently supported your local business and that this component was previously serviced by your team, I am disappointed that the dealership is not standing by the quality of its prior work. While I would prefer to continue supporting a local business located less than a mile from my home, these inconsistencies have led me to look for a new dealership for my future needs. I do, however, want to mention that Kelly was very professional and helpful throughout this process. I hope you will take this feedback into consideration to improve the experience for your long-term customers. Best regards, Faith Blythe - Burdine

I've met several people who've had similar experiences with Hamilton Chevrolet so it bothers me that they get away with such good, probably fake reviews on Google. Their 2.3 score on yelp seems much more accurate.) I purchased a vehicle from Hamilton Chevrolet largely because I was told it came with warranty coverage for engine and transmission issues up to 100,000 miles. Having that warranty was one of the main reasons I agreed to buy the car. The first time I experienced engine problems, the dealership performing the repairs informed me that the warranty apparently only applied to the original owner and was not actually valid for me as a secondary owner. That was the first time I learned there was a serious issue with the warranty I had been relying on when I bought the vehicle. Despite being told the warranty did not actually apply to me, Hamilton Chevrolet still paid for the repairs at that time because they were honoring the warranty they had sold me with the vehicle. When I later experienced additional engine problems, instead of standing behind what they sold me, I dealt with ignored phone calls, conflicting explanations, and a complete lack of communication. To make matters worse, I later discovered the vehicle had previously received an engine replacement before I purchased it, something that was never disclosed to me when I specifically asked about the car's history and possible issues before buying it. The entire experience left me feeling completely misled and cheated out of thousands of dollars. I purchased this vehicle believing I had warranty protection for major engine problems, only to later learn the warranty apparently was never valid for me in the first place because I was not the original owner. When I went in to talk to them in person since they would not return my phone calls, with the bill from my repairs, they were more angry about my review than they were concerned about righting their wrong. The manager barely glanced at my warranty paperwork and said "Oh, that's expired". Even though my paperwork clearly states that it was still valid, if he had cared to read it. But yes, the warranty was expired because they sold me an expired warranty. I've since met numerous people who have had very similar experiences with Hamilton Chevrolet. Though the reviews would fool people into believing this place was on the up and up......just like they fooled me into trusting Hamilton Chevrolet in the first place.
