Do NOT come to this place. I was in a bad car accident and through my car insurance this was one of the few local places that I was able to repair my car and be fully covered. I had to wait around a month and my car still wasn't fully repaired. Parts were missing but they told me they would just call and pop the pieces on when they recieve them. I picked up my car since I was spending money on Lyft. I followed up for MONTHS. The guy answering the phone would happily say my parts didn't haven't come in yet and I never recieved a call back. They confirmed it can drive but I noticed they skimped on replacing parts. They mixed and match old pieces of my car with new pieces and had a shoddy paint job. My car insurance gave me the checks to give to them and they took the money and ran. Oh yeah, my rims have a specfic plating/paint job on them and I asked for the one side of my car that recieved the repairs match the othe side of my car. They said no. They stated along the lines of the paint job/plating for the rims was beneath them because it was "cheap". My original rims have a sleek black finish and they decided to put thos gray cruddy paint on it, oh yeah and it's chipping after years later. Meanwhile my other side, which was painted prior, is still in great condition. A waste of time and money. read more

Absolutely excellent company to work with! Someone had backed into my vehicles drivers door and left a large dent. Filed a claim with the driver who was responsible's insurance and took my vehicle to be fixed to this company for the first time based on a family friends recommendation. I was NOT disappointed! I worked with Jeff and he was extremely professional, friendly and explained the process to me. They ordered all the parts needed ahead of time and scheduled me in once they received them. The estimated time of repair was 3 days that was given to the insurance but they had my car looking great the very next day after dropping it off. Was extremely quick and easy process and even if I would have been paying for the repair myself was extremely reasonable pricing. I will definitely be using them again. In the just a few months, we've worked with Cass Collision twice -- once to replace a window and once to replace a door. We were referred to them by AAA. We had such positive experiences, it almost made up for the inconvenience of needing the repairs in the first place! Both times, we worked with Jeff throughout the entire process. Giving one star is a disservice to that one lonely star. So I took my car in on a monday morning with an estimated time of 4 days. So when I called thursday to see if my car was going to be done I was surprised to hear that they ordered a bad part and would be an extra day. No big deal, but really I mean you couldn't have called me and let me know that. I have to find out when I call and ask. So since I couldn't leave work early Friday I had to pick it up after hours in the dark. Picked it up and had some cookies on my seat, nice touch right. Well saturday morning when I looked at the work done it was beyond ridiculous. I had my rear trunk, and bumper replaced so when I looked at it the bumper had a gap between it and the trunk at one end of about an inch and a half and at the other end less than a centimeter. To give a visual you could put your finger between the 2 at one end and if you slid it the other way it would be stopped about 3/4 of the way. The bumper was jutted out creating a gap between the bumper and quarter panel that was very noticeable. Also, there was a huge chunk of something in the paint. So I didn't want to be picky so I just wanted the bumper put on correctly and brought it back monday morning since my wife was off work she could pick it up later. This is when my main issue with this place comes in. My wife went to pick it up and the battery was dead. So they jumped it and drove away, later it wouldn't start again. When I got home I found the lights had been turned and left on. Since we have not once turned the lights on since we owned the car as they are auto it was obvious that this was deliberately done. There was no reason to turn the lights on since it is one bulb in the taillight and simply checking the brakes would suffice. It was clear that the person who did the work was not too happy about having to re-do his 1st grade level work and decided to mess with us. Anyways, the owner did call me and was very nice about it, offered to fix it and make sure I am happy. Sounds all well and good but I refuse to take my car or any car back there after this nightmare of a situation. Based on quality of work alone I would advise anyone not to use this shop. read more

I recently had my vehicle repaired at this location and was thoroughly impressed. I was greeted by the manager of the facility, Jeff. This is the cleanest body shop I have ever been to!! It seemed like I was walking into an attorneys office. The work they did was excellent and I could not be more satisfied. They even left me fresh cookies in my car. I have been going to this shop when it was called Augers. I didn't realize as I was driving by during the remodel, that it was bought by someone new. The place looks amazing. 25 years of going there and was delighted to see the improvements. I took my Sprinter Van in for some paint work and they did a GREAT job .
