I had fast scheduling over the phone then a calendar link was sent in choosing appt. Owner Chris was prompt to returning My call then replying with text messages in regards to having your vehicle set up for repairing. It took 5 days to set up the day and time to meet and greet him. It took him 35 minutes to remove a small Door Dent and a couple of door scratches too were touched up and buffed shiny new!
