Tried calling, now closed during the week even though I was told in Oct that they would be open thru out the winter. Omission of details is still lying. I called my credit card to start the chargeback process, found another company to deliver. Ordered on a Monday, delivered on Thursday. But guess what, now suddenly Floods deivered their order. No calls, no communications. Again, something has changed. Please be aware and get everything in writing and be prepared for legal path if contract is not fullfilled. Horrible experience and will no longer do any business with this unprofessional company.

After several contacts with the Pipersville parts person, this business stood by its representation of a correct part as posted. There was no comment from the company the same identical part could be purchased thought Amazon for $20 delivered yet Pipersville Lawn and Garden is charging $169.62. The parts person said he would charge anyone the same price. There was an attempt to contact the co-owner/manager of this business to discuss the issue. With no responses in a reasonable amount of time, there is the conclusion that this is the foundation of this business. This is a situation of deceit and lack of conscience that a business will seek any opportunity to take advantage of their customers.

Leaves had holes from insects, flowers were brown, and mismatched. The bridal party ended up banning together to go purchase additional flowers and recreate the bouquets. The saddest part about the experience is how my dear friend was treated when voicing her concerns. She was gaslit and told she should have come to look at the flowers (when not given that option), and was told she signed off on the list of flowers so there was nothing that could have been done and she should have been more clear. I have seen this florist do amazing work, and this was not an example of her best performance. Be aware you might get a masterpiece or a disaster.
