My roommate and I decided to get matching tragus piercings (Ashley was our piercer. Nice but clearly didn't properly sanitize).... The next morning we both woke up with blisters covering our ears... both went to the doctor and got diagnosed with IMPETIGO, which is assumed to be due to the fact that the piercer/establishment did not properly sanitize the equipment.... called to let them know so they would be made aware and was told " well this has never happened before as far as we know".... Wellll it's happening now so? UPDATE went back to get refunds and Andrew along with the staff was extremely understanding and helpful..... unfortunately it was just the piercer not taking the right precautions BUT she longer works at the establishment due to other reasons along with this one. I came in about a month ago. I was on a girls trip and we all wanted piercings. Melissa was extremely knowledgeable on the different piercings. I ended up getting a conch piercing, my friends each got poked on both of their ears. We were all extremely happy with the work done. She was SUPER SANITARY, gave clear instructions on cleaning and warned us about the length of time it took to go to pool and beach afterwards. My only complaint is that they don't have 20 gauge needles or jewelry. I wanted some additional work done but because they didn't have the supplies I couldn't get the other piercings I wanted. read more

Went in today and got my ears pierced by Andrew. He was very nice, answered all my questions. Not very talkative but personally I prefer that. The place was very chill, sanitary, and had a nice jewelry selection to choose from. He even put jewelry into my already pierced belly button for me; which I couldn't do myself as I hadn't had jewelry in it for years and was nervous it had closed up plus made we feel queasy. Best prices I've found as well for a tattoo/piercing shop. Over all I give my experience a 10/10 read more

This tattoo shop is great. Once I walked in, the service there was awesome. The women who greeted me right away was very friendly, good communication, & was so helpful overall. I have 7 tattoos and he kept telling me that he didn't want to do the tattoo I wanted because it was "too hard" like really? My experience here has been very mixed. I love the atmosphere and the staff are great. I have gotten 3 piercing here, my septum, nipples, and ears. My ears and septum healed well and the piercer did a great job. My nipples however haven't healed and are still in bad condition, even after a year. I was on a trip and my ball fell off in the shower, I went to a shop to get new jewelry. They replaced my old jewelry and within the week my infection was fading and my nipples started to heal. I was told by this shop that the metal my jewelry was made out of was cheap, unsafe, and the cause of my infection. My friend, who also has had their nipples pierced here, had the same experience. read more

This place actually sucks. I got my first tattoo there on my 18th birthday and the guy butchered my leg. I am a tattoo artist now and went there a few days ago to buy some 8g plugs. The guy that helped me seemed stoned and took 45 minutes to figure out which plugs were 8g. He said if they didn't work I could come back and exchange them. I took his word for it and when I got home I realized that the plugs he sold me were actually 4g. Also While I was there a guy was getting a tattoo, and the tattoo artist blatantly disrespected me and I didn't see him clean a single thing. Well I went back today to exchange them and they wouldn't exchange them, made some weird jokes and said there's no way of knowing I haven't worn them, like hello???? Unfriendly and untrustworthy. When we walked in, it didn't seem like anyone was in the shop at all. After someone greeted us, we said we wanted to buy some gauge tunnels, the guy said he absolutely couldn't sell us a pair and that was the piercers job, fair I guess. The only thing is the piercer didn't know what size any of the tunnels or plugs were. I asked for a 0g in these weirdly long tunnels, and she ended up giving me a 4g (at best), two sizes smaller than I had asked. Unfortunately, I trusted her word and now all that work to get to a 0 was wasted. Don't trust the piercer. read more

I came here to get my 3rd earlobe hole pierced and my conch. i already had my first second and fourth holes pierced. They did unpackage the needle in front of me and worked with me on placement, but besides that it's like the lady just stuck the needle through my ear without even considering the angle. The third hole is very close to my second hole, which I can work with. However, my conch hoop is literally TOUCHING the back of my 4th piercing. This raises a lot of concern for me, as I am worried that the two holes could combine into one. I would never recommend going to this place for any reason. - a very unhappy customer. read more

Was waiting for 15 min in front, one of the workers made eye contact with me but never greeted me or said i'll be right with you. I got my nose pierced here a year ago and they said the jewelry was titanium and I'm allergic to certain metals and it got infected and I went to another shop to get my jewelry switched out and they said the jewelry was corroding in my nose and stuck in place and because it was so cheap and that it wasn't titanium after all. We started the gauge's here and have been back at least 6 times for those alone. We've had a couple of different piercer's but both were always great. Worst piercing experience of my life. Paid $100 for two piercings that I had to take out one hour later. What was supposed to be a unique and gorgeous piercing turned into an atrocity. My piercings overlapped, were extremely crooked and the spacing was entirely off. I had to go to a shop in San Antonio to get it fixed. Twisted Tattoo did a wonderful job on my bottom belly button! The only reason that this shop gets two stars is because that do peel pack all their needles in front of you and they did a great job on my tongue last year. read more
