An A-frame dream for crate diggers like me! The small but cute establishment is filled with genre upon genre of vinyl gold. The records are reasonably priced and they definitely have something for everyone. They offer both new and used vinyls and you can easily get lost for hours digging their bins for something great. I believe this is the only record store in the mountain area and it is definitely worth checking out! We will definitely be back on our next trip up the hill! read more

I wouldn't trust this place. My card got compromised after I made a purchase here. When I confronted Steve the owner, he never responded back. Use cash if you really really have to go here. Shady business, I wouldn't trust it and helping others to not let this happen to them. Steve is also lucky I am not putting him on blast with other things that happened. Also, you can buy records cheaper on Juno or Discogs. It's over priced here. read more

I just was told that there was a little record store hidden in the mountains of Crestline so I decided to take a drive up there . Beautiful scenery drive of the mountains driving up hill. Came to the store the Set up was pretty cool typical self owned record store with decent selection of records . The only turn off was when asking for pricing on Records that had no price the owner had to pull out his phone and give a price based of Discogs He provided me with a medium price . The owner was a cool guy he allowed to play records from the store selection . But for me to ask a price and the owner had to look it up on Discogs And give me a medium price that was a turn off. If that was the case I would rather just buy from Discogs especially records that are not hard to find. Crestline is a small little town on the other side of big bear hidden in the mountains , people are friendly & the beautiful outdoors is appreciated. I just don't think I will return again but I do wish This store the best of luck !!!! read more

Tons of different music and was also happy that it wasn't a bunch of mainstream music. I was able to purchase a first press 77 Talking Heads album on lets say, my third or fourth time visiting?? Do I know what a first press album means? No. So it was that much more nail biting (to say the least) to get my grabby hands on this gem. Steve, who is the owner, will walk you thru any music genre and music wax generation with his astonishing and brilliantly picked records and music knowledge. He was the first to let me know what a first pressed album meant and how lucky a gal I was to be getting one, of Talking Heads, that is. Inside you will find theeee greatest selection of music that I have laid eyes on since Amoeba. Such good good stuff, you will catch yourself picking your brain for music you haven't heard in years. And when trying to remember it all, holding onto records that you are deciphering from which to purchase, you will come across another gem and forget all about what you were trying to find in the first place. It's that good inside. We've bought it all and still need more, the one day we visited recently he was away at Pasadena City College Fair selling his collection there. Such a sweet little gem. They have a wide selection of music, as well as posters and other trinkets for sale. They even had a cool Deadhead newsletter archive that I now wish I would have gotten!
