I came back a few days later with the receipt and Dan was able to exchange it for a new copy when I came in, no problem. All staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, and they have an excellent selection of records available. The only small caveat I have is that the hours listed online are not accurate. They are not open Mondays and Tuesdays. This was not a problem for me since I live fairly close by, but I think it would be helpful for other customers if the online hours reflected this. Regardless, I'm very happy with the service I received and I'll be coming back.

I saw records that you can easily find a VG or VG+ copy for $15-20 priced double that or more. As well, it doesn't appear that they clean their records as the several that I got were very dirty. All in all a nice shop and nice people but I won't shop there again because of the very inflated pricing.

You walk in and vinyl, some merch, cassettes, and books are to the right and CDs, DVDs and posters are to to the left. The vinyl selection is very nice. Don't sleep on the books. They are excellent. Do people actually buy cassettes? I don't think I want to meet those people, no oiffense. The CD collection was bigger and better than I expected. They have both new and used CDs. The prices on the used CDs were reasonable. Music will be playing during your visit and it will probably be good music (on vinyl, of course). The store is spotless and the workers were very friendly and helpful. The vibe here is very good. If I lived closer, I would come here a lot and I would buy a lot. Free and easy parking in the lot. If you love music, you have no excuse for not visiting.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful when we walked in the store. There were so many book organized into their own sections. This made the book easier to look through. Recently I've been into horror book and that section did not disappoint. I ended up getting Stephen King's Pet Cemetery. The prices of the book were on the lower side which was very nice!. As for the concert aspect, it was another amazing hard core show. The bands were amazing and I have to give some love to the staff running the concert. A fight broke out and two members of the staff took care of it. They kicked the guy out who started it and was there for the guy that got hurt. The employees were welcoming, friendly and made the experience fun. I preordered the LP, and pricing is slightly higher than the Bruno Mars website, but I was happy to support a local business. I picked up the album today, and received the same great customer service as my first visit.

I looked up "records" on Yelp since I've been looking to rebuild my music collection with the termination of Spotify. It's got this old school arcade vibe, but there's a small rack with CDs, a section for records, another section for manga, merch and t-shirts in the back, and old school video games, consoles, and other stuff you can buy. There are two cabinets that allow you to pick games that you want to play, but don't take too long or you'll lose your credit. These games take quarters, so that's my gripe and what the minus one star is for. The workers here are cool and chill. There's a vending machine for snacks. I'll probably come by again one day when I'm in the area. It reminds of of the small arcades back in the day, so it's a nice trip to Nostalgia Town. As soon as we walked in, there was a live stream going on, and the cashier came across pretty loud and a bit intimidating, at least from my teenager's perspective. To keep things simple, I just told him to grab what he was looking for and we'd head out. While he browsed, I ended up finding a couple of records for myself too. The shop itself is really cool and has a unique vibe, different from other record stores I've visited. It's not your typical setup, which makes it stand out in a good way. I also noticed the building is a historic landmark. All in all, it was a unique experience, and I'm glad we stopped in.
