It started to feel like we were being singled out or treated differently, and the overall atmosphere became uncomfortable. Whether that was intentional or not, it left us feeling unwelcome and targeted. Because of that experience, we've decided not to return. Couple days later, I get an email saying they canceled my order and said that they won't receive the item for some reason. Why take days to process my order then say you will not receive the item so you have to cancel my order. If you don't have it or the item won't come in then list it out of stock. Horrible experience.
