Why take days to process my order then say you will not receive the item so you have to cancel my order. If you don't have it or the item won't come in then list it out of stock. Horrible experience. Honestly, I never buy anything here unless it's on sale or I have a coupon. You can find a coupon online or on their app. If you are a member at Michael's, you often get a rewards. I had a five dollar reward that I came in to use. I found a nice flower pot on clearance for five dollars. Left the store without spending a penny and got a good flower pot.
