After I hung up the phone, his son Daniel was already knocking on my door. Daniel Jr. is polite and respectful, checked my pool pump and timer, and he told me that my pool pump had already given up and needed a replacement. He gave me a quote for a replacement, and his price is within the price range (I already checked how much it will cost to replace it). Daniel Jr. told me that he would come the following day around 7 a.m., and the next day, he was already at my place before 7 am. He got the job done in less than two hours; he cleaned his work area and helped me set up the new pool pump. Overall, my experience with this company is top-notch, with 100% customer service in mind.
