The following night they texted me after 11 p.m, saying that my appointment had been cancelled. i asked, " Why? " and got no reply. This transpired between March 2 and 5, 2026. This was my experience. I've never experienced such behavior with a groomer before or gotten calls so late at night.

They will just not be open sometimes, like today, a sunny Sunday. We like being able to support our local independent pet store, but we can no longer rely on them for our dog's food because they just decide to sometimes not open on Sundays, a day they have listed as open, or open late. So we decided today we are just ordering dog food online from now on. This has happened too many times to us now. We need reliability, and we don't have it here, sadly.

Other than never being able to figure out whether I was due for a free dog wash after my six visits, I always had good experiences with this location, that all changed today. Today's issue happened to be that I got a call 15 minutes before I was supposed to be there saying that they needed me to come 30 minutes late to my scheduled appointment, when I said, I would split the difference and be 15 minutes late because I already had the dog in the car and was on my way. I was put on hold and then told that would be OK. Upon my arrival I was put in a room that had so much hair from the previous dog that the tub would not drain and I walked out covered in hair that was blowing around when trying to dry my dog (that was after having to move the dryer as they did not have the 2 that are normally there). Meanwhile, they were having one of their employees groom another dog in the room next-door instead of having the self wash stations open for self washes for their customers. Then to top it off the price to wash my own dog (with someone else's dog hair) is now $30 for a 20 minute time-slot, a teaspoon of shampoo and some of their water. I've been frustrated that it was difficult to call to schedule an appointment. Their website was/is cumbersome and not conducive to actually scheduling a time but gives an "afternoon/morning/evening" option. Then they would reach out to you with what times were available and you'd go back-and-forth trying to iron out a time instead of just being able to call. Very disappointed at the direction this new ownership has taken this establishment. This will probably be our last visit here...

It was easy to schedule a "meet and greet" with Amy and Andrew, who are visiting our two dogs (a quiet 9-year old and a 5-year old with attitude; both sighthounds) about 3 times a week. Since then Amy and Andrew have taken care of our pups for the past month or so. They are both responsible and have the kind of calm personality that all dogs feel comfortable being around. They've followed all our instructions, provided very detailed updates and pictures, and taken good care of our doggies. So far I am very pleased with the service. We love our dogs like children and feel good about entrusting Amy and Andrew with their care.

Kat was reliable, efficient, and immediately struck up a trusting connection with our 'boys'. It was challenging work for her, because she had to administer an inhaler treatment twice a day to one of the cats, Marlow, despite not having known him before. She did an absolutely wonderful job. He was actually in better shape and coughing less, after we came home than before we left. Both cats looked happy and relaxed. The cat area was left clean and tidy. I will look no further next time we need cat care. We also loved the photos and updates we got each day....it helped us relax much better while away!

They said family emergency on 13th. Rearranged schedule for 13th. Morning of 13th, get message, their vehicle in shop. Message said they would be here on 13th. Texted and called for confirmation. No response. No show on 13th. Again no response to my text. Phone goes right to hangup. Would not recommend. I had to give 1 star. Finally got call back from Jamie. She apologized for the confusion and mix up. She is out of town on family emergency but agrees that the communications need to be improved. Said the groomer was on the way and the grooming would be free. I was well satisfied with the work and will book again. Upgrade to 4 stars

The second time, the original groomer was no longer there and the owner treated me and my dog terribly. She told me he was too difficult to groom because he is old and can't stand up long enough. We were a burden and told not to come back, she has no time for us anymore. Tried calling again a few weeks later and were told again that she can't take him anymore, even though he's not new. She was incredibly rude on the phone and offered no other alternatives for him. I wouldn't take my animals to a place like this ever again!! I can only imagine how my dog was treated during his appointment!!
