When booking we decided to choose Billy's Nightmare (their hardest non-competitive room). We had no idea that the difficulty level was going to be that high. We actually cleared it (with clues) with a time of 59 minutes exactly. It was fun, challenging, immersive, and the dimmed lighting paired with the thunderstorms and occasional cries for help from Billy created this eerie atmosphere that definitely enhanced the experience. We knew that we only had an hour, but we explored and searched and never felt pressured or rushed. We even found puzzles that weren't essential to the escape, but were added to steal time and throw you off course. I loved that! It ads an element of prioritization to the game. At around the 15-minute mark our game master came in and helped us get back on the right track. I wasn't expecting that, but he told us that the biggest and most important thing is that he wanted us to see it through to the end. We loved that. That is consideration and customer service at its finest. I will gladly return to OMEGA, very soon. Thank you guys!

The rooms were laid out well. The system of getting clues is fairly straightforward. The clues and rooms were fun. It felt a bit rehearsed telling you the rules, which are important. I think it would be nice to have more of an engaging experience with the staff. I will continue to support them and bring more people through. Hoping I don't feel like a number next time but like I'm actually in an experience. Other experiences I have done in California the staff is very animated and engaging. You feel like they are part of it. It's a nice touch to feel that connection.

This place is hidden upstairs in a building that looks like a medical office. It does not boast itself from the road, and you have to read signs once inside to figure out where to go. It is not handicap accessible from what I saw. Our game master was great, and very upfront about them being understaffed and running two games at once. The room was well put together with tough puzzles to solve. You need a lot of out of the box style thinking here. When they needed to help another room and were gone for a while, while we were looking for a helpful clue from them, they added the time they were gone to our room to make up for it. In the end we were successful and solved the White Lady's Castle room here.

This is our second escape room experience. The first was in Arizona. We found this one much more…read morefun and organized. We were able to escape with a few hints from our host. There were many riddles in order to progress and all are solvable if you read and think about the clues you find. We finished the Sunken Treasure room with two minutes to spare. It was close and we had to ask for two clues and were also given some hints along the way when we were in the weeds. That definitely made it more enjoyable and kept us moving. We were a group of six, which was the most I'd recommend. We all contributed, which was nice, and it kept us all engaged. As far as age, we ranged from 24 to 62. However, our room seemed appropriate for someone as young as 10 as long as adults are with them. I'm not sure if the business has any age policy. Advice: keep your eyes open and look at everything! We will definitely be back for the other rooms. The Haunted B&B will be our next challenge!

The additional number listed on the Facebook page did not work either. In the confirmation email, we were told to enter the building with their sign next to the door. When entering the door, it was completely dark and the alarm was on. We were unable to get to our Escape room and no one responded to us, however they managed to take out the money from our bank account. Horrible customer service and would not recommend going to this one.

That was fine since two of us (myself and my fiancé) were seasoned Escapers and our two friends had never been. It was a great room that was exactly what I expected and absolutely fit for newbies and experienced escapers alike. It was a perfect taste for those getting their feet wet for the first time . Both of the beginners in our group were hooked after that!! We cannot wait to go again together. We've now converted two more to the "dark side" lol. Aside from the experience, we got a chance to speak to one of the co-owners and Game Master. He was very friendly and informative! Actually....he was so awesome that my fiancé and I decided, on the 5 hour drive home, that we were going to open our OWN Escape Room one day (hopefully)!!! Keep up the great work.
