Tons of garbage, tons of wads of old gum....... No one cares in this place. Why??? Probably because the staff consists of a bunch of young kids on their cell phones. Never have I seen the staff members leave the front desk. Never see them walking around keeping an eye on patrons.... Or caring about about the garbage and dirtiness patrons encounter. I might expect some of this filthiness on a weekend when you're jampacked with parties and kids off from school.... But Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday..... best get to cleaning please. There's no excuse for treating customers that way. Consistency and kindness matter, especially in a business geared toward children, and unfortunately this place fell short on both.
