I purchased a product from their shop, hoping to find something unique and reliable. However, I ended up with a broken item, and my subsequent attempts to resolve the issue with the store proved to be fruitless. First and foremost, the quality of the product I received was abysmal. It was evident that the item had been mishandled or poorly constructed, as it arrived in a non-functional state. The fact that Mixed Up sold such a defective product is utterly unacceptable and speaks volumes about their lack of quality control. To make matters worse, when I contacted Mixed Up to request a refund or a replacement, their customer service proved to be shockingly unhelpful. Instead of acknowledging their mistake and providing a satisfactory solution, the representatives I spoke with displayed an apathetic attitude. They outright refused to take responsibility for the faulty product and offered no assistance whatsoever. Their dismissive behavior demonstrated a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. As a consumer, I believe it is essential to support businesses that prioritize product quality and excellent customer service. Regrettably, Mixed Up failed to meet even the most basic expectations in these areas. I am deeply dissatisfied with the entire experience and cannot recommend this shop to anyone. I sincerely hope that Mixed Up takes the necessary steps to improve their product quality and customer service. When my boyfriend and I walked into the store,we were instantly greeted. Eventhough a gentleman was walking towards the back he stopped to let us know if we needed help, to let him know. We did need help. He stopped and took the time to help us. Darius was awesome. We told him what we were looking for and what we needed and he hooked us up with everything to get set up for my first vape! He was super friendly and beyond helpful! I couldn't say enough good things about this experience! They have a great variety of items and good people working there! We walked into the store with the intent of purchasing a bong. The woman who was working picked out several bongs to fit the description of glass that we were seeking. After many minutes of thoughtful consideration, we were able to successfully select a piece that covered all the aspects that fit our personalities and smoking habits. Just moved to the area and thought I would pop in. The store was so clean and neat! The staff were super friendly. One staff member in particular named Beatrice went above and beyond. She knew exactly how to help me and found a great product to fit my needs. I've been to many retail shops in my lifetime and she was one of the best representatives I have ever encountered. Myxed up is one of the best smoke shops I been to since I got to Colorado. The store was clean and they have great products. Hannah was very helpful we picked a great myxed up mushroom shirt. Awesome awesome awesome store!! they have such a variety of things it is rediculous! It looks small from the outside but as soon as you walk in its like overload!!
