value your time, do not call these people. I arranged a tow through my insurance, and NAR stated they'd arrive within two hours. After two hours passed, I called, and the driver said he was busy with police calls and would need another two hours. I agreed, since my insurance was covering it. Two more hours went by--still no sign of NAR Towing. When I called again, the driver said he'd be there in 30 minutes. That time came and went with no update. I contacted Allstate, explained what was happening, and they tried calling him too--but he stopped answering his phone completely. He never called to cancel or explain. If you need a tow, call Redline Towing instead. They're experienced, fast, and professional--everything NAR Towing is not. read more

DJ was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and helpful service! After Jiffy Lube did not secure the skid plate on my vehicle properly NAR towing was called out due to the loud metal-to-cement sound. I originally thought a tire burst but after DJ confirmed all the tires were okay he found the skid plate wasn't secured it was just "tucked back in" He towed my vehicle to Jiffy Lube and explained to the gentleman working what happened. This tow company needs to be inspected for their practices. They kept my son's truck hostage, making excuse after excuse to not release it while charging for storage fees. Please avoid using their services. The only reason they were called was because my son was involved in an accident and the Naperville police use them. read more

recently about 3 weeks ago I had an accident in which I was not at fault and I did not know the process of moving my car so the police called this towing company, to pick up my car and they went to a place, where days later exactly 3 days later, I called and they told me that they would charge me $385 so I accepted and went to pick up my car that day my tow truck had a problem and I could not go that day but the next day i went and the person who attended me (apparently the owner) received me in a very unpleasant way. received me in a nasty way and gave me a terrible attention and even aggressive when I asked him what he was charging me since he increased from $385 to $465 I was in my right to know for what reason, I had the right to know why, so this person continued to raise his voice in a violent manner and then ended up charging me $590 only because of his anger so I proceeded to call the police. Beside that they lost my car keys so I do not recommend this place, very bad attention, violent and aggressive people and they steal your money. read more

Ladies be aware! They will charge you differently based on gender. When I called to have my car towed 1.3 miles, they charged me $110. When my bf called the next day for 1.5 miles in the same area, he was quoted $85. read more

Called around to have my disabled vehicle towed from Naperville Automotive Solutions to Carmax in Tinley Park for trade-in appraisal. First 2 or 3 quoted around $400. N.A.R. was $200 flat and said it would be there late morning the next day. Got it there by 10:00 a.m. with great communication and even dropped a photo of exactly where they left it. Called at 9am to have a car moved from one side of Aurora to the other and was told "about an hour". Called 3 hours later and was told "within the hour". Called 2 hours later and was about to be given the run-around again. I told him I would just take my business elsewhere. You should too. My daughter in laws car broke down in a new area they just moved into. She called her insurance to send a tow. 4 hrs later, she was still waiting with 2 kids in car on a 90 degree day.DK towing never arrived, no call and no way to get ahold of them because mailbox was full. I arrived, called N A R and got them to help, josh was super stated it could be awhile but at least we had a contact. Here is my story...Just the other day I was moving and had to move my vintage car from my old house to my new house. My concern was who in Naperville could handle this classic vehicle and treat it as if it was their own and do a professional job? I made one call to a company in Naperville that had some reviews and tow "classic" cars ..when I said what make the car it was the owner said.. "oh since you have one of those cars it's gonna be $225! ".... I asked why so expensive and the guy said my guys are "trained"..really? I then called DAR...it was a little short notice but they said they could do it with no hesitation! When I asked how much, without asking what make the car was, he said $125! (Same car same Destination) Micah was the tech and driver for my car. He is not just a driver....HE IS A Technician and engineer! He treated my vintage car with Care and precision and took his time deciding the best for the car! He did a great job (PLEASE TIP THESE GUYS IF THEY GO OVER AND ABOVE THE NORM) I will be calling this team for any towing needs in the future! read more

I had the unfortunate experience of encountering this company yesterday. He pulled out in front of me, blocking the only entrance to an auto repair off of Ogden. I asked him (nicely) if he could pull up and said you are blocking the whole entrance and he answered, "I don't care." So remember if you need a towing company, you might not want to use one that doesn't care about being even remotely courteous. read more

The day started with meeting an employee from NAR towing for a appointment to remove the belongings from a car that was totaled and brought to their lot. The employee showed us the car and said that the other car that hit our car was on the lot and then left. After we got our stuff out and took pictures of the damage, the employee of NAR towing remotely locked the gate to the car yard so we were trapped, harassed us over the phone, and wouldn't let us leave for over a hour. We called the Naperville police explained our situation and the police came to let us out of where NAR towing unlawfully trapped us. The employees of this company are a bunch of natural born losers. At least we have a good story to laugh at and now you do too. I would highly recommend that you go somewhere else to have your car towed. read more
