I just wanted to mention what an amazing experience we just had. Yesterday my husband was delivering "sprinkles" for me (another story) he got a flat tire and was stranded in the rain. He attempted to change the tire and lug nuts were completely not budging!!! Friends came and tried to help him with tools ect.,.. those lugz weren't giving. We had no choice to tow it home... Next day, my husband was working on it for 5 hours banging and banging and buying lug tools at auto zone... nothing was working. We called CHAD... he came highly recommended by our friends and many others over time have mentioned Chad... CHAD CAME... he came out and couldn't budge it either.., he was kind and tried so hard and just couldn't get it. We had a few other people come with a compressor and NOTHING. We gave up, done and defeated figuring Tuesday we would have to have it towed somewhere to resolve this issue... and all of a sudden Chad shows back up. He literally spent two hours going out looking for the right tool and trying to figure out how to get these lugs off for us and came back... AND HE DID IT!!!! He got them off!!! He also attempted to leave and didn't want to accept money.... NO WAY CHAD!!! But I just can't say enough good things right now and how I'm feeling and how he came back for us! Chad personally helped me out in a tough situation. My car was towed to his yard and when I went to pick it up I needed help changing a tire on it. He saw that the vehicle was sitting very low to the ground. He went and grabbed his own jack as mine wouldn't fit under the vehicle. Chad pretty much did the entire job himself and got me on my way. Thank you Chris the driver and Chad's Towing and Recovery. This is the third time I have used them in 10 years. My 2009 Honda Accord LX car broke down 39 miles from my house about 7:30 last night. I called Chad's towing and Chris came there within 40 minutes and towed my car to the Honda Dealership in St. Charles. More, importantly he allowed me to ride back with to St. Charles, as long as I wore my face mask. I appreciate the quick response in pouring rain, bad weather conditions, and the fact he allowed me to ride back to McGrath Honda in St. Charles as long as I wore my mask. U Haul drop off at Chad's turned into a mess when they didn't check it in like they said they would; and I was charged for additional days until they checked it in. TWO DAYS LATER after UHAUL called me asking when was I going to turn the trailer in. I told UHAUL I did days ago. Chad's then charged me directly the additional days. Chad's reported UHAUL did, but UHAUL denies it. Chad's may tow well, but they sure don't take UHAUL business seriously. Avoid at all possible. I had to report to my credit card company a fraudulent charge by Chad's and get issued a new credit card number. What a hassle. Thanks, Chad's. read more

I had locked my keys in my car and all my necessary materials that I needed for work were also inside the car. I called Chad's Towing as recommended by the police since they do not do lockouts. James, the tow truck operator came sooner than the 30 minute window he had provided and found me right away--there were multiple parking lots for this particular building. He figured out a way to unlock the car since it was almost impossible to hit the inside door lock. It only took maybe 15 minutes. I would highly recommend this business. He saved me from calling a locksmith, I was able to go to work and there was absolutely no damage to my car. A great outcome in a trying situation. Two years ago I rented from another local place...had an appointment time and truck assigned, but when I got there, the staff wasn't even there! Doors were locked. I got my car stuck a far way down on a steep snow covered driveway. Chads Towing was recommended by the police and he showed up within 15 minutes even though it was really late at night. The drive ended up being too steep to take his truck down, but he stuck around and tried to help me drive my car out. I ended up having to leave it there, so he got the car off to the side for me. I was really impressed with how prompt and friendly the driver was. He didn't charge me anything for coming out. I will definitely be calling them again if I need a tow. read more

DO NOT EVEN CALL CHAD'S TOWING!!!! I called them just about over a hour ago because I locked my keys in my running car. They took my name and number, told me it would be 30 minutes and he would have someone over here.... Yea.. Ok... I called them back at 2:50 pm and asked how much longer they thought it would take for someone to get here the lady that answered this time said that they were all out on police calls and no one would be available to come help me. They just left me hanging waiting for them knowing they couldn't get here. All they had to do was pick up the phone and let me know. How inconsiderate. Then the lady who informed me that they were all too busy had no remorse about the incident and stated only that when they get police calls they make those priority over everything. I am not saying this is unreasonable but they should have had a little courtesy to call me and let me know I needed to make other arrangements. Worst Customer Service Ever! read more
