I have been going to this salon over 8 years. My nail lady Jessica the best of the best - love her work. 2 m ago i am calling for appt (as I always do) the owner tells me Jessica is not in, she went for vacation to Vietnam as she always does. I am like fine i will call few weeks later. Few weeks later he tells me she is still not back, I am like do you know when? No, I dont know. (As her boss doesnt know, when employee back, weird). Today I stopped by to see wtf is going on there. Boss there telling me rudely with disrespect that no she is not here, do you know when is she coming back, no. Is she ever coming back. NO. Soo she doesnt work here anymore. NO...no explanation just disrespect. So if anyone knows where Jessica works now (she is Rim's sister) if she got her own salon and boss is pissed off, i dont blame him, because Jessica is the only one who does the work TOP . I have been an on going customer for multiple years with my family included (grandma, mom, and sisters). My sister got there at open at 10 am.. and was there for over an hour & a half. My sister just today paid $45 and tipped $15 for her pedicure. They told her to wait 10 minutes and she would be all set, and she was not all set. She politely went back in ... and sat for an additional 30 minutes. And to note, while my sister was getting her pedicure done the staff member was also providing a manicure. With no gloves or washing hands in between. And did blow on her feet with her mouth...to add. I called on her behalf because she was genuinely so upset and felt like she was being laughed at over the phone. I was told when trying to advocate for her that "polish and product does not expire". Which is a bold face lie. And she is fine to come back in (which she is not comfortable with) but is not entitled to a refund. We know and love multiple staff members (Rin, Anna, & Cindy). Make a reservation. I see reviews where people are mad that someone came in ahead of them, but my guess is that person had a reservation. We have been going here for pedicures since they opened in 2015. Most of the people working there have been there since the beginning and several our family members. The technicians are great and we love the leg massage at the end. I do gel pedicures and my kids do standard. read more

Have to update this review. I went in the first time for a basic pedi and acrylics and it was good. Second time I went and I got an amazing pedicure and I loved it and then I went to get my nails done the same color acrylic and they recommended gel because it lasts longer which I'm cool with but I said I want the same color as my toes. The girl brought it over and I said I don't think those are the same color and she said they are. I mentioned it again when she started to apply And she said again they are the same. I thought maybe it would dry the same color or something. And then I get outside and look and they are absolutely not. Toes were pink iridescent and nails are white sparkles. I'm super disappointed. But I don't even want to go back in there because I don't want to be the person who makes a scene. I just feel like for $77 I don't want to be told baloney just for the upcharge. I just wish they had been more honest or checked it. I work three jobs and this is the one little luxury I afford myself every couple of weeks and I'm really disappointed and every piece of me wants to go back in and say something but I just don't have the energy to complain about it. Unfortunately I need to update my review. Less than one week after getting a full set, I had three nails break clean off and two more had all of the gel polish peel. I felt rushed and the tech was rough and rude. I'm surprised at the complete 180 I had from the same tech. They have lost a return customer. I had really great service today. The salon was very clean and I was able to walk in without a reservation. The young man who gave me a full gel set did an amazing job. He was very meticulous to not damage my natural nail and shape my acrylic. I would absolutely recommend read more

This was my first a last time at the salon. It was fast and marginal. I went just for a pedicure. $40+ tip.

Let me just say, my nails look great. They're the way I wanted them and he did a great job with filling my acrylic. However, the way that I was treated was absolutely ridiculous. I'm not from the area but decided to get my nails done while on vacation. I walked in with no appointment & was not greeted, just told "pick your color". OK, cool, that's fine. However once I sat down the man was incredibly rude and treated me like I was stupid. He was watching TV while filing my nails down, and kept checking his phone while he was doing my nails He never spoke to me during the process, yet when he did he was very short and acted like i didn't know what I was talking about. Thankfully I am not from the area so I never have to go back. He did a good job overall, but the customer service aspect was horrible. Expect to get treated poorly unless you're a regular. read more

I would not recommend this place at all. Stopped in for a basic pedicure and was told it would be $10 extra for a massage and lotion (mind you, the base price is already $27). Probably the worst manicure I've ever gotten. Went on a Saturday afternoon, was super busy, one of the employee's children was running around wreaking havoc. I just wanted a regular manicure and they were able to fit me in after waiting about 10 minutes. Employees were pretty unfriendly and unhelpful. Found out that the color I chose was $3 extra, but the manicurist promised that it would last longer and be shinier. Wasn't super happy with it when I walked out, and was even more unhappy when there was a giant chip the next day! WTF. Usually a regular manicure lasts a solid 10 days for me, and I normally pay around $12 plus tip. Here it cost $18. Won't be returning. read more

If you're looking for professionalism, courtesy, RESPECT and appreciation of your hard earned money, then DO NOT GO HERE!!! The entire staff is beyond rude and disrespectful in every way possible. The owners don't give a rats ass about being polite to you or your business!  It's ALWAYS a rush job for the amount they're charging and they all need an attitude adjustment. Not to mention the prices are constantly going up without notice!! Take your hard earned money elsewhere that is appreciated especially during these extremely difficult times. I had gone back within the first 24 hours to express just how much pain was in my finger tips. I was laughed at and told to wait another day. The pain lasted 3 days the same day each of my nails began lifting and also weren't filled in all the way from the start (probably because when she was filing my actual nail bed with the drill I complained after she made me bleed 3 separate times). Anyways I asked them a week after my nails were done to take off the acrylic I never actually wanted (because I was pressured into them, I had asked for a dip manicure because it was harder for the tech to do) they refused to without me paying for it. A nail tech finally offered to fix my nails filing down the first three nails on each hand decided both my ring fingers and pinkies were fine so she didn't need to do them unless I paid to have them refilled in which I did... she filed my left hand incredibly short leaving a thin line left from the French tip I had done just days before. Everything from the acrylic nail powder/polish to this nail tech's filing "skill" were sideways. She applied the acrylic powder/polish heavier on one side and thin on the next and she'd file the left side of my nail higher then the right side of that same nail. She used a thick and probably drying clear shellac polish as a top coat that was placed so unevenly. There are glitter spots in a few of my nails even a piece of hair. She made me pay right before she put the top coat on saying if I paid after it'd mess up my nails. I had already given up on this place so I handed her more money. I looked at my crooked nails when she was through and started to cry. My nails looked awful and when I looked close to the polish I could see all the clear polish was made up of sooooo many tiny bubbles- when I asked why there were bubbles the nail tech that screwed up my nails from the start blamed me and said it was my nails not their polish that was bubbly. I couldn't believe it. I walked out of that place $75 short/wasted and with tears in my eyes. Also the women who did my nails the second time had done my friends nails the first night I came in and her nails are incredibly crooked too :( read more

Came in on my lunch break for a gel mani and a pedicure. Yes, totally pushing it, but had to be done. The nice woman that did my nails asked about what I was doing with the rest of my day, and when she realized I was on a time constraint (mind you, being a bit late back to work would have been just fine) she did a great job and was able to get me in and out within the hour. She spent a solid ten minutes just on the massage portion of my pedicure. They use hot stones here even for the regular pedicure-which in my experience is a rare to find. The only downside I would say is the pricing. Typically nail salons located near Walmart seem to be fairly priced. I've found this at all salons in seabrook, but considering the care and level of service, this will become my go-to salon. Everything was sanitized, and the salon was fairly clean as well as welcoming. read more

I came here for my first time a few weeks after they opened from Covid-19. I will start with the positives, they did a great job going above and beyond keeping themselves and clients safe and so many precautions taken! The guy who did my nails was also super nice. The salon is beautiful and I love the set up! That's about all I have for positives. On to the unfortunate negatives.... I scheduled a few days in advance a regular pedicure and a powder dip manicure - they scheduled me no problem. I get there and as he begins my "pedicure" he tells me due to time limitations they cannot do the massage part of the pedicure and may have to cut out a few other things, a little confused as to why I wasn't told this on the phone I said okay as long as everything else was done..... he removed the polish I had on, soaked my feet, and repainted my nails. THAT WAS ALL. I asked him to cut and shape my toe nail, he said okay, and didn't (to toss in another quick positive - they spoke perfect English so I know he understood). Again, he removed polish, soaked my feet, and re-painted my nails. Then told me to head over to the manicure station. At this point I kind of assumed I would be charged for a color change - even though this was even less than any other color changes I have ever had. Now onto the dip "manicure".... I asked for round, I don't even know what shape half of my nails were. None were the same length, one was broken so I understand that one being shorter and a different shape, one nail he somehow managed to make the top way wider than the bottom, it was the strangest shape. I asked him twice to fix it and he told me he didn't had time. He also barely shaved(?-not sure that's the right word) the dip to thin it out after. My nails are so incredibly thick, which isn't horrible, maybe it's how he always does them but that's not what I'm used to - that parts not the biggest deal. The entire manicure was not done either. Again, he only dipped my nails, barely shaped them, cut them super uneven, and half-assed the dip. Also during the manicure, he kept turning around and putting up his pointer finger as if to say "one minute" to a woman behind him.... my scheduled appointment was at 12:30, this lady got there at around 1. My entire pedi/powder manicure took 45 minutes, FORTY FIVE MINUTES. I have never had even a manicure that was that fast. When I went to pay, he told me it would cost $70, I asked how it was that much because I didn't even get a pedicure, I barely got a color change, he told me because I scheduled a pedicure that's how they're doing it. - keep in mind, I watched a few people get a few full mani/pedis while I was there - with the massage, nail shaping, all of it. Maybe this was just a fluke because of over-scheduling with covid but I will never go back and would not recommend this to anyone. read more

Been here a few times for just a gel manicure on my natural nails and pedicures, they're pretty clean and have so many colors! Both held up pretty well. But this is not why I'm writing this review. Today, I got a full set of acrylics. I had heard from a different newer salon gel sets were better for your nails. Jenny, informed me it doesn't matter what you have on your nails, they're not going to be in great shape after. Having wanted stiletto nails, she suggested acrylic because it's stronger because anyone who has pointy nails know they break easy. I am also super picky with the shape and Jenny did not stop filing until I was ecstatic with how pointy they were. I was so impressed with how much she listened and went over and beyond to make me happy(which is sometimes impossible with my nails). Also, they do a hot stone massage with the normal pedicure on top of the normal massage. A++ read more

I have gone here many times for Cindy to do my nails. In beginning she was amazing. I went in today and she was very distracted with kids and being on the phone. She kept walking away. When I was paying I gave her a 10.00 tip said thank you and she turned around and walked away like I was not there and never replied back. Very clean nail salon and nicely decorated. Got a spa pedicure with scrub and hot stone foot massage. The hot stones were too hot for my liking so I will likely just go with the regular spa pedicure next time. The water was too hot initially but they fixed it immediately once I asked. I walked in on a weekday afternoon for a gel manicure ($27) and was seated immediately. Someone was working on my nails within a few minutes, I had just enough time to decide on a color. They came out beautiful and the man who did them checked in with me twice to make sure I liked the shape and color. I'm interested to see how long they last. I work in a hospital and am constantly using sanitizer and washing my hands. My experience with gel is I can usually get away with 2 weeks, but I've had some last less than that. I wasn't blown away by the customer service, but at a nail salon I'm not really looking to have to carry on a conversation, so the bare minimum doesn't bother me. I also read multiple comments about how things are not sanitary, but I watched my technician pull out a brand new packet of clean tools and open them in front of me, so not sure why the place has such inconsistent reviews. I almost didn't go here because some of the bad reviews scared me, but I left a happy customer. read more
