After it was taken over by weeds and dug up by our schnauzer a few too many times, it was time to do it right. Cody came out for an estimate and design consultation. He is such a great guy who explains how it all works, gives you a reasonable number of options (helpful for me to not have information overload), and gets things moving. And for the work itself, these guys work hard and nonstop when the job begins. They show up on time and work full speed from morning until evening to get the job done. They build the patios in ways that work for Colorado weather, and they actually specialize in pavers, instead of a landscape company that doesn't do these types of patios nonstop. Paver patios are not cheap, but they're also not something you should do on your own unless you absolutely know what you're doing. If you're looking at redoing your outdoor space or patio, you should absolutely give these guys a look.

Our assigned project manager, Jeremy, was friendly and very professional, had insurance and license info ready at hand when asked, produced a reasonable quote, and did great follow up. The work crew, Freddy and Rigo, were absolutely fabulous.... Neatly and properly dressed, super courtesy while quietly working with the least amount of noise possible, never yelling or blasting music or slamming things around, and they were industrious throughout the day despite the 100 degree heat. These guys were very respectful of the property, demonstrated attention to detail in their work: measuring twice, using levels to make the wall perfect, were careful when moving equipment and product, and when using tools/machinery. They also cleaned up the job site... cleaner than when they first arrived! They didn't damage any plants, and left not a trace of their presence. With other companies and contractors, I have found water bottle caps, candy wrappers, cigarette butts, trampled flowers, bark kicked out on sidewalks, manufacturer stickers/labels laying around from products used or installed, nails or stains left on various surfaces; but this crew of Little Guy Pavers was just the opposite, and just excellent! They came out that weekend to give me a free quote, and I felt very comfortable with them. While I was a bit hesitant to do such a big job with a company with few reviews, I selected them based on my like for both Jose and Vera, their very fair quote, and their clear expertise when it comes to landscaping. So, what did I have done? I had the entire front and back yard xeriscaped (see before and after pics I uploaded). They really had their work cut out for them! The yard was a mess with dandelions and a plethora of other weeds, and had really been ripped up thanks to cutting down a few sumacs over the years (and, to be honest, my general disdain for lawn maintenance). No problem for Jazmine's - in just a day and a half they got everything dug out, laid weed cover (the good stuff), planted three trees, and put down all the rock. They were very patient with me in choosing the trees and the rock, and took an immense amount of pride in their work. Jose even came back the next day and added a little mulch around the new trees - I guess what they'd put down the day before wasn't quite up to his standards (even though it certainly met mine!). The whole crew were a delight to have around! Everyone was friendly and professional, working quickly and cleaning up after themselves. I'm guessing some of you have also been hesitant to book Jazmine's for big projects since they're new to Yelp, but I can vouch for them and their work 100%

Teo was able to recycle a lot of material in our back yard to help bring the price around $5k cheaper than the next best offer. Now when the price is that good, some might expect poor work or follow through. That wasn't the case. The job took a bit longer than expected but Teo was great at communicating if he was going to be back in 1-2 days so he could fulfill smaller projects which I was fine with, especially for the price he saved us. After he laid the sod we did have a couple areas die and Teo came back twice to patch the areas of concern and even patched areas we were not concerned about and changed sprinkler heads to make it more efficient for us. Again, when the price is that good some people might expect to pay the contractor and never see them again but that's not the case. Having a company that follows through and comes back to make things "perfect" is all you can ask for, and him working with us to recycle a lot of material and save us $ made it all worth it. The concrete he added in the front also turned out great. Definitely call to get work done by them if you are on a budget and don't want to worry about half asked jobs. Also if you are wondering why one area is left as dirt, we asked him to leave it like that so we can DIY a garden

They were doing some work on a neighbor's property when one of their trucks accidentally backed into my car. The owner appeared immediately and we exchanged information. I told him I'd take the car to a body shop for an estimate and get back to him. Unfortunately, the estimate was for about $4,000 and the blue book value of my car is less than $2,000. It's an older car, but has been in the family since it left the dealer's lot and has been well cared for. I wouldn't drive it across the country, but it's reliable and perfect for local trips and irreplaceable at that price. I let the owner know...he thought about it for a moment and said "we have a garage we use for our vehicles. Take it there and they'll fix it for you on me." The next day we dropped off the car at a shop in Denver. No paper work, just a handshake. Have to admit I was a little uneasy about what to expect. But what do you know- about a week later my car is back in front of my house! Looked fine to me and I had my usual mechanic check out the work. Two thumbs up. So the moral of the story- I haven't had any landscaping done by A Sharper Image Landscaping. But I am certain that if I do, I can trust that they will treat me well and do the job right.
