California Closets decided to give me a discount on my other project because of this. Everything seemed reasonable until a part of the project that was ordered was not installed properly. When I called and asked them to fix it whoever does the installation most frequently was extraordinarily rude to me. Then the young designer that was very nice when she was selling said that as a repercussion for asking them to fix their mistake not only would they not fix it but I would be "banned" from an additional project that I have been waiting many months while the "Designer" had me waiting months and months. On Facebook the company said to call him I'll make it right but every time I call the regional manager I do not get a call back. It's a lifetime warranty and there are things that need to be repaired but the original mistake still have not been rectified. Getting a discount because they got it wrong was not what was agreed to. I'm extremely disappointed and when I see ads I am consumed with disgust how they lied about their business. This seems to happen frequently in Bend where these companies think the Word won't get out ;perhaps I was too nice to them but it's been so long and I'm still aggravated and so here is my review

My husband squawked at the price (like he always does about everything... no reflection on Color Tile's prices), so Sandra showed us several less expensive options, which were not as close in color to the old carpet we are keeping (in the upstairs bedrooms), but were still colors that were close enough that it wouldn't be a jolting color change when walking from room to room. We will probably have to replace all the carpet in about a year, so we'll get something I love later. We have been looking for new countertops for 2+ years and never found anything that we loved. We…read moreran across Precision Countertops and decided to stop in and just look. We met Chad and he was so helpful. He explained the pros and cons of each material and left us to look at samples. He brought us a drawer from his cabinet, which was close to our kitchen cabinets, so we could see how the countertop would look. We found exactly what we were looking for, and right there, Chad entered our dimensions and provided an estimate. He let us borrow the sample so we could see it in our home and match a tile backsplash. Chad thoroughly explained the process from order to install. We were assigned a project manager who communicated every step of the way and the process went very quickly and very smoothly. Chad steered us in a direction for vendors to complete our kitchen redo. Upon install we discovered that our sink, purchased from Precision as well, was missing the drain accessories and our plumber was coming the next day to connect everything. I texted Chad, after 5 pm, and he was at my door early the next morning with the parts we needed. What service!!! We are very happy with our end result and know we made the right decision on trusting Chad and Precision Countertops with our kitchen/fireplace makeover.

When we finally decided on our carpet color and style, Patti Jo came to our home to measure and do her magic. She contacted us by email with a proposal. We then confirmed and our carpet was ordered. We scheduled an installation date and confirmed with installer, Tim Tennis and Triple R Moving. One full day and our work was completed without a hitch.
