The prices are on par with a boutique, but that's the price of a welcoming and inclusive business. There are items for every budget. Although cozy and small, you could spend forever in that store. I recently came to return a few Amazon products and realized that they completely changed the…read morelayout of the front end of the store now. It now looks more like the checkout line at TJMaxx. Additionally, you can now return your Amazon returns there instead of walking all the way to the back at customer service. This was a much needed change and they had really kind staff ready to let folks know that the format for those returns had changed. Well done!

Update. Well the manager reached out to me on 5/27 and asked me to send copies of my receipt to him…read moreso he could investigate. So I did. He called and personally spoke with me on 5/30. Said a manager should have been called, that he was actually in the store that day. I asked for a manager and told him so- that some lady "manager" came over and gave me the same song and dance. To the ACTUAL managers credit, HE made it right. Thank you. I'm still never shopping at KOHLS again.

The shop keeper asked if she could help and let us browse but wasn't overbearing nor hurried. She kindly offered to wrap the gifts we found for our granddaughters , daughter, neice and Mom and we walked out with beautifully wrapped goodies for our loved ones. A military discount was icing on the cake. The shop had so many lovely things to choose from & we enjoyed chatting with the lovely shop keeper. We will definitely return to shop for gifts & goodies here in the future!

While I was trying on clothing, one of the staff remained close in case I needed other sizes. I like that the owner does try on videos on social media which is very helpful and is what brought me into the shop. One more thing: PREGNANCY PARKING. It would be SO appreciated. Numerous times I've had to leave simply because the walk into the store was too much from so far away. There is cop parking and so many handicap places that are left empty-- I think one or two could be adjusted! :)
