I was recommended by a friend. I bring in Jeep gladiator bought rims, tires, and lift. When everything was done I started to hear a rubbing sound every time I hit a bump. I called them and told the problem Vanessa said not verbatim but almost these words. "Let it set in and noise will go away " 3 months past didn't go away I called back a lot but shop was busy. The noise was still there after 4 months I finally get to bring it back the springs was rubbing on the lift. She should have never said anything. Before getting work done to my Jeep, I did some research on where I wanted to have the work done at. I'm very glad I ended up picking this place. It all started with the great and no pressure customer service that I received. I had a lift, wheels, tire carrier and other suspension parts installed. They did excellent job and went over everything with me. I had a minor issue a few weeks later, that wasn't their fault but I was able to bring the Jeep back at my convenience and they fixed the issue right away. I've been going to N2 for some time with alignment requests and they have fixed me up each time. Very knowledgeable and friendly people in the office and the shop. Definitely recommend these guys and girls for any of your suspension work. Great selection of wheel/tire packages as well. read more

I waisted $4500 with them. I've always been about shopping local but I'm beyond upset with them. I bought new rims and tires but when I saw them on my truck I was quite disappointed and he knew it. He didn't bother to say hey can we make this right or here are some options but instead he gave my keys and sent me down the road knowing I was not happy and I even called back. I was basically told sorry for your luck they yours now.. these guys are not about loyalty and don't care if the customer is happy. All they care about is making a dollar. I wouldn't do business with these folks under any circumstances. They straight up lied several different times. I bought wheels and tires and they didn't put either one on my jeep that I ordered. It took me about 4 months and numerous phone calls to get what I ordered. I did finally get what I ordered. Worst customer service ever and straight up liars. Not too happy. I asked my brother to call to get a quote for tires for me because he shopped there before and you never got back to him,after 2 days I had to call myself and to see about the quote. Nobody had my quote info. Let's start over from scratch is what they told me. So I showed up and got approved for tires a couple days before Thanksgiving and it's now Dec 5th. My first payment is due tomorrow. I called the approval company to let them know I didnt recieve my merchandise so they pushed the payment date to the 10th. I called in2deep to see what was up. The person on the phone told me I ordered an oddball size tire,but it was the one they recommended when I was there so I said why not. I week goes by and I haven't heard anything on the tires. I call back and they say it can be done next week and I said I want a refund. Next thing you know the manager owner whomever it was called back and said they can have the tires tomorrow. Wow! I said no I want a refund . Acima credit has been waiting for refund approval from in 2 deep over their heads. It's now been over a month and Acima still hasn't heard from the manager owner whoever's in charge. He has been emailed and called. I guess he's out hunting or something. Never in the store when Acima calls them. All I want is my refund for the downpayment. I waited to post this until now. Still no refund. Oh yeah in one of my phone calls I told the person in the phone they had bad customer service and she hung up on me. That proves how good the customer service is. Take your hard earned money elsewhere. Had a 3" RC lift installed the day before Thanksgiving on my 2014 F150 King Ranch and my new tires put on here and they never reinstalled the passenger side outter tie rod's lock nut. Needless to say I left the shop, picked my 2 young children up and was heading home and lost all control of my vehicle right before a bridge nearly totaling my truck and going into the woods/river at 45mph scaring the life out of my kids and myself. Got out to find the outter tie rod was out of the knuckle, EVERY SINGLE thread was intact. They never reinstalled the lock nut after the lift install/alignment. To make matters worse I was told multiple times by the "CEO" that my installation cost would be refunded the following week and have the text on my phone to prove it. Monday came and the guy ghosted me and my wife. Wasn't able to make our Thanksgiving trip to see our family because of this. Theres no doubt that the nut was never reinstalled because the one I ended up having to steal from my other truck never came off and even if the locking portion of the nut had gotten worn out over time it still would have held the tie rod in longer than 10 miles. Funny that trucks never had a single issue until it left this place.Also noticed that they cut the wire to my fog light too. Absolute amateur job. I mean come on man. I guess because I didn't buy my $2000 worth of tires from them or some custom wheels our truck was just treated as a hurry up and get them out kind of job. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I MADE. READ THE LOWEST RATED REVIEWS. NOW I'm having to take the vehicle to another shop to ensure everything was installed correctly. Kids are afraid to even ride in my truck with me and we are out of the Airbnb we had paid for ahead of time on Thanksgiving break. I will not recommend this place as the litter parking lots and cars with their flyers. It is extremely annoying to have to take this junk off of your car and to see where others have thrown the flyers all over a parking lot (and if you work there, have to clean the parking lot of the flyers). Spend your advertising money on social media. That will get a better response. read more
