I purchased a GE Range from Orvilles, it is 2 yrs old. On June 8, 2026, it stopped working, completely shut off, no display. I called the service dept and was given an appointment from N & M. Earliest appointment they had was June 26, 2026, took the day off of work and an old man who coughed the whole time and did not speak replaced the control panel. He turned it on and saw that it started warming up to 100 degrees and packed up everything and left. Later that evening I tried to bake something in the oven and it completely turned off again! Called back for another appointment and was given 7/1/26, I took off another day of work-they did not show up for the appointment and said my appoinment was for the following wednesday, that was not true. Made another appointment for 7/10/26, took off another day from work, was called by N&M at 8:00 am to say that their techninion called "in sick" and they cancelled my appointment again! This is absolutely unacceptable, poor customer service. I do not ever recommend this company for anyone, well only if you want to have an appliance that lives in your kitchen not working and you want to lose money at your job for taking off and waiting for someone to come and fix the silver box sitting in your kitchen who never comes!! Why did I purchase an extended warranty! They do not care about their customers at all!! Worst company ever!!! Orvilles should not have a contract with such a terrible company!! Such a horrible experience. Two weeks to get a technician out, he spent less than 5 mins in my home, didnt take anything apart, just claimed it was the Impellar. Had to wait another week for the part and fight to be seen again while going on 3 weeks without a washer. Technician comes, again 5 mins total in my home, after 1 load of laundry washer is broken. Have to wait a week for them to come out yet again. 10 mins in, still hasnt taken anything apart. I get its probably the transmission. Which also means waiting at least another week. Page thinks its reasonable to make a family of 5 be without a washer for over 6 weeks because she tmrefuses to send another technician out because we live to far away. Proceed to yell at me that I should be patient and complacent and they are busy so I should just suck it up. Between them and New Leaf I will never use them and never buy a warranty again. Besides a local repair shop even said being forced to wait that long is uncalled for. Not surprised Paige is dogging a customer with a bad review that its all his fault. And scheduling at least 2 weeks out for over 2 years! I was at least comforted in seeing that MANY others had such a horrible experience as well! One star is way too much! Our 1 year old Bosch dishwasher leaked at the front and caused damage in our kitchen. We turned off the water to the dishwasher which also turned off our kitchen taps. Reported this to Bosch on the morning of Wednesday, August 13 and were told that we would have to pay a "discounted" fee for the service call. It took 2 DAYS, (August 15) to get a call from Naab & Mohring only to be told that they couldn't come to repair the dishwasher until August 26 despite getting paid for the service call!! We called Home Depot because our new Samsung range could not be used due to the touch screen being "dead". HD referred us to N & M for a DIAGNOSIS and repair. After a few back and force calls we finally set up an appointment for October 28. Tech (?) came and pulled the stove out to access the control panel. he checked the panel and told us that it was bad and needed replacement . He will order the panel and return to replace it. December 19 2024 , Tech returned to replace the panel with part in hand. After replacing the panel he announced that the touch pad still did not work and he would need to order that now. Flash back to original issue !!! current cost - $217.45 and no stove for Thanksgiving etc. Obviously no stove for Christmas and more cost. Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience with Naab & Mohring. Our washing machine was leaking, and the first man that came out said he needed to order a part. This took weeks to come in, and another few weeks for him to return. The leaking issue was fixed, but upon first use, it threw an error code and would not work at all. We called, and a different man was sent out who told us it could have been that the first man installed a piece incorrectly, or a different part was now broken - but he refused to look into the issue until he ordered new parts. We called a different company, who came out within a few days, took it apart and saw that N&M had installed a part upside down! They flipped it the right way, problem solved. I called Jim, the owner of N&M to request that they cover the cost of the second necessary service call that we paid for to rectify their mistake - he was defensive, but eventually told me to send him the receipt and he would reimburse us, so I did. No response. Weeks later, I resent the email - still, nothing. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend using this company, when they make silly mistakes and refuse to fix them. read more

One of the most awful experiences I have ever dealt with. My family purchased a new GE wash machine from Orvilles and paid extra for the warranty. Naab is contracted for there service calls in which it took 2 months to fix our new machine. The service tech came out initially and did not listen to what the problem was and left one minute later saying he knew the problem. We waited an additional week for the part and the technician came back to find out that he misdiagnosed the problem. They came out again and misdiagnosed the issue which then led to several delays. They finally sent out another tech who said the washer was fixed and when my wife went to use it the unit still had the original issue that we called in for. My wife and I gave up, used YouTube to find out the technician did not connect a wire from the main dashboard causing the unit not to work. Call center staff not friendly and no ownership of the warranty service from Orvilles. My extended family and friends will never buy from Orvilles again and Naab is a scam. They provided us with detailed bill of services that is going to be taken care of from the insurance company. read more

This company has serviced my now, 2 year old refrigerator/freezer twice and both times it is fixed for a couple of weeks and the same exact issue returns. They don't call you to tell you when the Tech may show up, and when you call them they are rude and give you a four hour window only to have the Tech show 2 hours after the 4 hour window they gave you! 2 days taken off of work to accommodate these clowns. Office closes at 430, so you have no way of knowing if Tech is even coming!? Piss poor system! It took the Tech 5 minutes to fix a $1000 dryer used maybe 6 times. I contacted them to repair a broken window in a wall oven because they were in the authorized list for kitchenaid. Repaired the window but during installation one screw was stripped and as door was being used it began to gap. In October called to have them repair their installation. Was told I had only 30 days to object to installation, so I had to pay for a service call . They did reduce service call to $50 but it was a 5 minute fix to install a new screw. If I could, I would give this company a 0. The woman who answers phones is the rudest person in the world and I can't understand why the owner keeps her. In short, they lost a part and blamed the warranty company for it; when they had it all along. Was literally laughed at when I would try to call and resolve the issue. We waited 9 weeks for a part to come in. They called us to give us a time frame of when they were coming. I asked if they could come at 11 instead of 10:30. She agreed. At 12:15 I called and stated I have been waiting and no one came. She said we did not answer the door. The repair man lied and said he came to our home and we did not answer. We were all home. I explained we were there and I have proof that no one came. We have cameras. They came back out and installed the part. He was literally there for 5 minutes. He never checked to see if it worked. Updating 7/19/18- We fixed the washer ourselves, just as I told the office staff we would. Just as I told the repairman, the bearings and seal were defective, as was the spider bar. After the temper tantrum was thrown by the repairman, I was given the number for this businesses part supplier. I was told by the parts supplier in Cheektowaga that in order to replace the bearings and seal in this particular appliance, we would need to replace the entire tub which was untrue. This just tells me I was going to get overcharged by this business for parts and labor, or told it wasn't worth fixing and to simply purchase a new washer. This company has been out 4 times to fix my dryer and it's still not fixed. They came out in January for the first time and it is November and it's not fixed. The company sent the same person out three times. Each time he presented himself unprofessionally. He can the first time locked himself in the bathroom of my house and went through my laundry. He placed a bra in the dryer. The next time he locked himself in my bathroom again, God knows what he was looking thorough. He said he had to order a part. The third time, he comes back with the part closes the door to the bathroom and uses the toilet. Then comes out and days the part is broken . Had a service call today by one of your technicians to survey my Samsung washer. He took one look at it, shook the tumbler and said that it was dead and needed to be replaced, trying to repair would be too expensive. The cost for this horrible advice was a $176.00 . He didn't spend more than 10 minutes here and he left. WOW, I don't think Doctors charge that much for that short period of time. You would think a $25-50 charge would have been more than adequate. Well, I'm jumping the gun on this review. If they redeem themselves, I will be sure to either update it. But as soon as I googled their name and saw the low ratings, I'm like oh go figure! We bought a Samsung washer/dryer from Orville's back in January or so 2017. (I LOVE Orville's, I like the washer/dryer, I am not impressed with Naab and Mohring thus far) - this is the THIRD time I'm having them come fix the dryer. (Which is still under warranty.) The first time was March or so 2018, the second time was August 2019, and now again. All for basically the same issue. I want to say it was the bearing, it makes this loud screeching sound, it works, but it's super annoying and who knows what more damage it can do, so we don't use the dryer. As I said, they came in August 2019, which during that visit, the repairman actually messed up the control panel, where it's now pushed in. My husband was going to fix it, but since we have to have it serviced AGAIN within two months, we'll just have them fix it. I called about a week and a half/two weeks ago. They said they'd be out today, October 21. I didn't push it, even though my husband asked if I mentioned it's the second time since August. I'm like whatever, it's fine. We went yesterday and did our backed up laundry at the laundromat and I'm like thankfully tomorrow we'll be able to dry our clothes again at home! Well, I forgot to call and ask them to have the Naab & Mohring call my cell phone with the timeframe. I didn't want to ask my mom to sit at my house waiting for that call when I may need her to be there for the repairman. I called this morning at 8:46 and they said they'd forward the cell number to them. Finally around 10:20 after no call, I asked my mom to run and check my machine, just in case they had called that. Which they did. So I called them back. I was told by Kim with no last initial that they already came and nobody answered. Ummmm, yeah, because nobody was home, which is why nobody answered the phone either! This last attempt was around 9:00, whether that is a call or their arrival at my house or both, I'm unsure. I said (and I will admit, I was very agitated for more than one reason, so it wasn't my nicest voice) I really need them to come today because this is the second time since August, it needs to be fixed. She said they would try, but there was no guarantee, they may have to reschedule. I basically said that's not acceptable and I'd like a supervisor. Which conveniently, there wasn't one there. I did mention, again, about updating my number that morning. All Kim could say was they attempted before they got the message about that. I asked why nobody called that number to at least tell me what happened. She had no answer, I'm pretty sure she just ignored the question and went on & on with they called the number that was listed. And again, I get that, but when they got the updated number, good customer service would be to call and update me with what was going on. Not just ignore my existence, leaving me to wonder what happened! All Kim did was be sure to let me know this was all my fault for not answering or being home and that they can't guarantee they'll get there today. We will see if they still come today, then maybe I'll give them a higher rating. But based on what I'm seeing, I don't see them putting much into the service they provide. Between this being their second return in two months and their lack of empathy for customers, I am not holding my breath. And funny, I see a 2.5 on Google reviews, a 1 star on Yelp, a 3 on Angie's List, a 2.3 on Birdseye. So this seems like par for the course! (I'm done with my Google review and after this I'll head to Angie's List, then Birdseye to leave this same review! These people are absolute crooks...they came in to fix my dishwasher, which was working when they came in. Replaced a motor, turned it on, leak detection came on again. They took apart again, rewired, the machine arched, turned off again. I was told by 2 incompetent "repairmen" that the machine needs a control board, was told it would be a week or so to refix, will order the control panel. I called them 3.5 weeks later to be told the panel is not covered; they tell me too bad, you need to call the warranty company. They also rewired my garbage disposal incorrectly. Ask for another repair shop, you will thank me later! 2/06 - call for service because microwave breaks 2/07 - Naab & Mohring say they will come out but no appointments for one week. 2/13 - they come but need to take the microwave back to the shop to diagnose it 2/21 - haven't heard anything so call for an update. Was told still diagnosing need a senior tech to look at. Will call me back after he arrives at 9am. 2/22 - Received call at 9:15am was told senior tech determined a part was needed and they need to order it. Will take 5-7 days! WTF!!!!! First why did it take a week to get a senior tech to look at and he can figure it out in 15 minutes. 3/4 - Still haven't heard anything so call back. Oh, umm yeah your part JUST arrived. We will work on it tomorrow. 3/6 - **********crickets********** 3/8 - call again, placed on hold twice to then be told that they need to order another part because what they ordered was wrong. When I said "your ordered the wrong part" the secretary replied "umm, no, we just need another part". SERIOUSLY FOR THE LOVE OF GOD! I have asked to speak with a manager and was informed he was not in and he will call me. Yep, just like the 3 other times I was informed someone would call. They scratched our floors, never called our multiple repairs in to the manufacturer, their customer service ladies were rude, laughed at me, told me "whatever" and " I don't know know what you want us to do about it" when I complained, and they don't show up when they tell you they will. After many, many calls and a ridiculous run around, I had to get frigidaire themselves to send another company out because Naab was so delinquent, unreliable, rude, and frustrating. We bought a brand new Maytag microwave and just after the 1 year of warranty, the latches stopped working. I had to pay them just for coming out and looking at it, the tech said he fixed it. 5 mins after he left, it stopped working, another guy came out, tried to fix again, and the moment he left, stopped working. They quoted $22 of new parts so I said sure. The tech just left and installed everything, and low and behold, it was actually $60 worth of part, $45 labor cost, so a total of $124.99 so now we have put in $228 into when if I knew the cost, I would have declined and just bought a new one. I called the office before the tech today left and they were both very rude, I could hear Sarah yelling the background and then Christie whom I was talking too said there was nothing she was willing to do. HORRIBLE customer service. Tech came out to fix my ice machine on friday. We woke up Saturday and everything is broke. Fridge temperature 71 degrees. I call talk to kim she says sorry we dont have techs on the weekends someone will call you next time we open. I had to throw away all the food in my fridge and freezer. We bought a dishwasher from Lowes and were given Nabb and Mohring as a contact for our repair. We setup an appointment for the following week, my wife taking the whole day off since they can't tell you any more specific a time than "sometime that day". I got a call at work, even though we had given them my wifes number as the contact saying he was in front of house but our driveway wasn't plowed and he wouldn't drive in, we would have to reschedule. I called my wife and she went out with a push broom and swept the inch of fluffy snow out of his way so he was able to "make it" into the driveway. He looked at the dishwasher and said he would have to order a part and they would contact us when it came in. A week later we received a call that the part was in and setup an appointment. Of course that morning we were only told "sometime today" again as an arrival time. My wife again took the day off. The tech arrived and said the part ordered was not the correct one and they would have to reorder it. Another week passed and they called to setup the next appointment. I took the day off this time as my wife was running out of days. They called and instead of telling me"sometime today" they said the wrong part came in and they would not be coming out and would have to reorder part again. My wife called and asked to speak to someone besides the extremely rude receptionist. She was told nobody was available but the parts manager would give her a call to discuss our problems with their service. Of course we never heard from anyone till they called to setup our next appt. I again took the day off, got the customary phone call, and waited for the tech to arrive. Once he arrived he again stated that the wrong part was ordered and he would have to reorder the correct one. He told me he tells the office what the problem with unit is and they lookup and order the parts which is why they keep receiving the wrong parts. Again my wife called and wanted to speak to the parts manager and again he would call her back. Still waiting. I looked up the schematic and parts list and was able to locate the correct part. All this trouble for a $5.80 part, the shipping was more expensive than the part itself. Yesterday they called and said the part was in and wanted to setup an appointment for today. i told them I could tell them when they called that morning if I could get time off since we had already taken 4 days off for this. With the amount of trouble they had caused you would think they would try and accommodate our time availability but they refused. They said they couldn't give us an approx time since we lived "so far away" although we live in East Aurora which isn't that far from Buffalo. So now we have to wait until March 5th to get it fixed since it was the first Sat appointment available so we wouldn't have to take a 5th day off work. We first called on January 11th and they will hopefully be able to finally get it fixed on March 5th which is just about 7 weeks to get this repaired. Of course this if they are able to finally order the right part for a change. I would strongly recommend you hire ANYONE besides Nabb and Mohring for your appliance repairs. read more
