The shoes were extremely uncomfortable and actually hurt my feet after wearing them for a short time. The clothing material also felt cheap and poorly made. When I went back to return the items, the manager was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping or listening to my concerns, they refused to accept the return and treated me with a disrespectful attitude. Customer service should never make customers feel unwelcome or ignored. For the prices Zara charges, I expected much better quality and professionalism. Unfortunately, this experience completely changed my opinion about the brand.

Not much dine-in restaurants in here since it's three big American chains and one new ramen restaurant. I like there's a mini work from home office next to the restroom on the second floor. Their WiFi is free to use. Some areas are a bit empty. There's also a DMV service, but I don't think they offer full service like getting a license. I continued to fold up a cuff on a random pair of jeans carefully inspecting the stitching. I didn't really like what I was finding. I then placed my hand in the pocket, grabbed and pulled the pocket bag out - the material and quality of that was up to my satisfaction - but I left them there. For Jeans lately its been difficult - there is ever changing styles and fabrics it seems among all brands and its nearly impossible to find the same jeans 6 months or a year later these days. I constantly tear up my jeans. The knees blow out - they get covered in paint - and there is a sweet spot for me in terms of price and quality and weight - and I'm not sure I was seeing that here. I was impressed with the variety. Even saw some shoes for sale. This to me is so surprising when clothing retails put their hand in somebody elses cookie jar. I used to shop at the AT Embarcadero store in SF for work clothes. But that store was permanently closed due to COVID. This is the closest AT store to me. I'm in need of new work pants because I gained 10 lbs during the pandemic and I'm now back in the office. Sigh! The COVID belly. So I drove all the way here to this store. The two ladies Ping and Katie went above and beyond trying to help me. I tried at least 15 pairs of pants and finally found a winner. They were very friendly and patient. I'll definitely be back!

The store is well organized and the merchandise is visible. Best part is the customer service I really want to call out this lovely lady called Ping. Helpful suggestions and genuine desire to give a good experience. I hope she and the store do well. I came away with a new way to work wardrobe. Very happy and satisfied.
