    I'm not to wild about this place - no, no, you won't find me here ever - once was enough. Blinding lights. For one thing there are these blinding lights. If you do come your going to want a hat and sunglasses. Its a real uneasy feeling and something in the air and I don't like it. The mens is upstairs with the children's section. The mens department seemed a bit messy and crowded - I found that to be in sharp contrast to the woman's department which was larger and wider aisles. The clothing itself looked great and minimal branding. I was impressed that they even sold shoes.... I just didn't hang around long enough - my eyes!! my eyes!!! Felt like a police officer behind you during a traffic stop.

    Probably the worse Zara I've ever been to. Their fitting room is always closed!! They would allow full exchange or refund since their fitting room is closed, so I went home, tried it on and it did not fit so now I'm in the return line. I will warn you: the return line is lengthy. Such a ridiculous concept. So inefficient. They had a lady at the fitting room and she had the entrance blocked off because she said the fitting room is closed. It's freaking 5:00PM on a Tuesday. If you're standing right there, why not let us in to try on the items? It doesn't make sense.

    Zara is a relatively recent discovery for me. I like their styles and their clothes fit me well. This location was a little strange. I was there for a while on Saturday afternoon and did not see any employees except one at the register. Not sure if most of them were on break. I left with two bags full of clothes and a smile.

    If you look at all my other reviews, I don't leave reviews any for department stores because usually, they're self-sufficient in what they do. This Zara location is an exception because of surprisingly how inefficient and lackluster how the store is managed. Who made the decision to close all fitting rooms for a formal clothes store? This is my second time visiting this Zara location, but reading past reviews show that these fitting rooms have been closed for months. Over 50% of the store has formal clothes for men and women, so why not have them open? I needed to buy dress pants that day and bought two different sizes since the rooms were closed. Instead of having customers try on clothes, you "remind" us saying we can return clothes up to 30 days. That's fine, but that artificially creates a longer line making people wait longer to return or buy clothes. While waiting in line, a lady walked up to the dressing room asking the cashier if she can use the dressing room, and his response was just simply saying they're closed. The blank reaction on her face followed up with, "well, what am I supposed to do?" His robot response of saying there's a 30-day return policy had her walking away disappointed. I don't blame her. After waiting 20 minutes to return the extra clothes I purchased the day prior, two women were purchasing approximately ten items of clothing and the cashier finally finished scanning all the items. As he was about to check out all the items, he made a mistake and said, "oops, I accidentally gave them a 90% discount." This prompted him to radio the manager to override the discount and waste everyone else's time waiting in line. Try avoiding this Zara at all costs.

    I came here looking for a formal long dress to wear to attend an upcoming wedding in November…read more.. The staff here was nice & attentive. I didn't catch her name but a lady noticed my arms full of long dresses and started me a fitting room & let me know they'd be in #5 when I was ready. Ami was super helpful & got to help me add & bring the remaining dresses I found into my fitting room. She also helped me zip up some of my dresses when I requested her help. When I was ready to check out Ami also helped me with her opinion of the 3 dresses I was choosing from. Thank you so much for your help & kindness. They have a good amount of variety for options here! I definitely would come back here again. My only con and the reason I'm taking away one star is that the company does not ship dresses from other stores if they don't have your size... if they offered this would be a great help for someone who can't travel to another city hours away, especially if it's not available on their website.

No one greeted us or acknowledged our presence, which immediately set an unwelcoming tone. After browsing for a bit, my daughter found several dresses she wanted to try on. When we approached the fitting room, the associate there was in a deep conversation with someone and didn't acknowledge us at all. I waited for a moment, expecting at least a quick "I'll be right with you," but that never happened. I simply needed to know how many items we were allowed to bring into the fitting room, yet I was completely ignored. I ended up asking the cashier, who also seemed disinterested and unmotivated. She eventually answered my question, but the overall attitude from the staff felt indifferent and unprofessional. Customer service should always start with something as simple as acknowledging customers when they enter the store. A friendly greeting or offer to help can make a huge difference, especially for families shopping for special occasions like homecoming. Unfortunately, the lack of attention and basic courtesy really affected our experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides additional training to the staff--acknowledging people and showing a little enthusiasm is part of good customer service, and it goes a long way.

I escalated and was met with the same incompetency from the manager on the phone. First, I patiently kept asking for them to point me to where I missed this on their policies document published online. But both the associate and manager literally said to me "it is not written anywhere (not online or on their store copy of the policy) and it can be confusing but that is the rule". ????? how is that applicable then ????? Upon asking for the manager's name and mentioning I will be escalating further, they magically appeared with a "third party" method to refund me. The process took about 45 minutes which I think was prolonged intentionally. What frustrated me the most was that I approached the situation by apologizing for what I thought was my mistake and was met with an attitude / made felt like I am a burden. Done shopping at Francesca's after this.
