They have both boys and girls clothing and some shoes, too. The clothes are really attractive (if a little frilly for the girls stuff) and made out of materials that are not run of the mill for kids clothes. They range in size from small babies to around 6 or 7 years old (maybe larger, but I wasn't paying attention to the older kids stuff since my kid is only three). The sizing can be a toss up since they don't seem to follow any standardized sizing rules when making the clothes, but to get past that you just have to try things on BEFORE leaving the store to get the sizes right. The clothes are not made to be rough and tumble for the smaller girls sizes as far as I can tell and I wasn't able to find any jeans that I liked (very limited selection and too frilly for me) But there are a LOT of very nice and attractive items that are really worth checking out. My daughter ALWAYS gets compliments when she is wearing Naartjie outfits!

The shoes were extremely uncomfortable and actually hurt my feet after wearing them for a short time. The clothing material also felt cheap and poorly made. When I went back to return the items, the manager was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping or listening to my concerns, they refused to accept the return and treated me with a disrespectful attitude. Customer service should never make customers feel unwelcome or ignored. For the prices Zara charges, I expected much better quality and professionalism. Unfortunately, this experience completely changed my opinion about the brand.

Plus, they don't charge an hourly parking like Valley Fair and Santana Row in Santa Clara. They have a good selection of stores like Great Mall mixed with Valley Fair. I barely shop for clothes here, but the food selection is good. I recommend getting a soft serve taiyaki from iSee Cream, cute boba drinks from Ume Tea, and the original boba shop Quickly. Not much dine-in restaurants in here since it's three big American chains and one new ramen restaurant. I like there's a mini work from home office next to the restroom on the second floor. Their WiFi is free to use. Some areas are a bit empty. There's also a DMV service, but I don't think they offer full service like getting a license. Overall it's nice to walk around with lots of available parking. It's even conveniently located near the BART station.

I was tipped by Sunvalley Mall Vans that the nearest Vans "pro shop" to me was this one. So I gave this Store a call and it was picked up right away. I asked if they sold longboard and they said yes. I dragged birthday boy with me since I figured it would be better that he chose which board he liked best than choosing one myself and risk it not being liked by him. When we got there, we were greeted by a friendly employee whose name I believe was David (assistant manager). He was super helpful and patient with us. He really broke every part down for my friend in order to help him build a skateboard (my friend decided on a skateboard instead). He let us know about a discount that we qualified for by purchasing a complete custom board. In the end, he even put it together for us. Great customer service here. It is well stocked too. :)

When I went to pay I was told $65! Another customer hearing this brought over the demo shoe and confirmed it was marked $33. They would not honor the price marked on the shoe. Shipping online is free so I left the store unhappy and ordered shoes online. This is the first time I've ever seen a store not honoring marked shoe prices in front of 3 customers! I will not be back to this store and suggest you may also just order online if you know your size.

I just saw a documentary of how it causes enormous pollution and clogged waterways and all of the USA clothing gets sent to Africa where is causes havoc on the environment there. So there I was - in the middle of all this. Temped to contribute to more if any particular item looked good. I headed to the jeans. I continued to fold up a cuff on a random pair of jeans carefully inspecting the stitching. I didn't really like what I was finding. I then placed my hand in the pocket, grabbed and pulled the pocket bag out - the material and quality of that was up to my satisfaction - but I left them there. For Jeans lately its been difficult - there is ever changing styles and fabrics it seems among all brands and its nearly impossible to find the same jeans 6 months or a year later these days. I constantly tear up my jeans. The knees blow out - they get covered in paint - and there is a sweet spot for me in terms of price and quality and weight - and I'm not sure I was seeing that here. I was impressed with the variety. Even saw some shoes for sale. This to me is so surprising when clothing retails put their hand in somebody elses cookie jar. Its impressive that they have the bandwidth for that sort of thing - but at the same time surprising.
