What they can do is tell you if the vehicle you are looking for along with any interchangeable vehicles are on their lot, along with a row number. Its up to you to find it. There is no guarantee that once found the part you need will be there, and if there that it will be in usable condition. I checked ebay afterward and found brand new taillights for $57.99. so you're telling me I pay more to remove them myself in the middle of winter while 20 degrees out, that's stupid. there were 4 people behind the counter with a line out the door. only 1 person was running a register. they have multiple registers. the people behind the counter just were talking to eachother and doing nothing. this place is a joke, used to be a good deal but not anymore.

Dropped Traveler Trailer off only to get it back in worse condition then when I brought it there. I…read morehad a tire blow out that ripped through my wiring that controlled the slide out. I had tried everything that I could think of before bringing it to them. During drop off, I went over the list of things that I had tried only to be billed for those exact things. A month later I received a text saying the total was $750 for all the time spent. When I called to question the amount (I didn't expect it be for nothing) Shawn (The owner) decided to get heated and use the F word in every sentence. Assuming they were Trailer experts was the only reason I brought it there since I am not. After the unprofessional call, he texted me saying he would reduce the bill. Brought it down to $540 for labor. When I returned home with the trailer and went inside, they had left all the wiring, parts and wrappers thrown thru out. That was the first and will be the last time ever bring anything to that business. (My spare tire on the back of the trailer was punctured as well. I planned on replacing it anyways but it was still holding air when I dropped the trailer off)

It was my first time at an "auto salvage" place...or what used to be called a "junk yard". They had my part and the price was fantastic!
