    Nachos and dip
    Pranjali S.

3.5 stars. I will preface this by saying that I'm from southern California and have spent a better part of the last 2 years eating delicious Mexican food. These guys are open in this pandemic. Seating is spread out. They ask that you look at the menu online (website has been displayed or you can use the QR code the server gives you). The servers were very sweet and helpful. My friend and I got nachos with dip to share, I got the Favorite of the Day fried tacos and my friend got the enchiladas, both with chicken and chorizo. While I thought the dip may have been slightly burnt, my friend thought was the nachos. The salsa was delicious. Overall the plate was big and easily shared between us. My tacos were honestly more fried than I expected. I only managed to finish one taco and ended up taking the other home. The tacos came with salad, cheese, gaucomole and sour cream. I liked the chorizo more than the chicken. The additions were all nice. My friend liked her enchiladas and said the same thing - preferred the chorizo over the chicken. Her plate came with beans and rice which were good. Overall, it is a decent place. Didn't wow me in terms of flavor.

Googled a nearby resto as we were very hungry. We had skipped breakfast and it was already 3pm. Found Nacho's because they had a picture of a pancake meal in online. Was disappointed they didn't serve it anymore. But the food and the service more than made up for the change in their post pandemic menu. We ordered Nachos Ultimate Burrito, Chorizo and eggs breakfast plate, extra order of chips, salsa and guacamole. We ended up ordering their fried ice cream too. All yummy! Shoutout to Christopher, who served our food fast and whose friendly attitude made our first time at Nachos more enjoyable.

I don't understand how people like this place. The place look dirty and the bench in my table was broken. Also servers/greeters are terrible and the food is the worst. The first time we leave because it was too full and no one seems to care about us standing at the door. The second time the place was empty, only one couple in another table and us. Our waitress was so inefficient, she keep forgetting what we ordered and the food took forever to arrived. When we asked for more napkins, she grab some but don't want to go up the stairs (like 3 little steps) and ask us to stand up and grab them from her hand while standing on the main level. The Mexican steak was really bad, I want it medium rare but received a burn piece of cheap steak . The rice was really smushed. The chili was tasteless. Not coming back EVER!

Came here after a couple of locals recommended this place. Food was great for the price how we service need some work. Our waitress was rude and inattentive. When my husband asked for some recommendations because we are the new the waitress flat out said she doesn't know since she doesn't know what he likes. He got a massive burrito plate but no knife was provided. The receipt has a clover code but the waitress said they no longer use Clover app and don't know what that is. I think my experience is the same with all the other yelpers and that is why they have a 3 star rating. Good food but service suck!

The staff is here has always been awesome. Polite, professional, and always welcoming. The house keepers do a great job and the rooms are always clean and everything put away and ready for the guest. Beds are comfortable, the heat/AC works. The bathroom was clean, no hairs or other mystery items found in the shower. The sink was missing the drain stopper, but that was the only issue. The entryway had a broken water pipe in the ceiling, so there was an impromptu waterfall in the lobby. :) Overall, it's a decent hotel, even though it is very dated. Not like 1990s, but the interior is showing its age. The location is safe, there are restaurants and a confidence store all within walking distance. The staff is great. There is a limited bar/bistro in the lobby with lots of seating and a marketplace for water/candy/soda.

I would give this place a full 5 star experience but the hostess at the morning restaurant had to screw it up. I had this place at 10 stars. One minute past the breakfast hour I was turned away. I get it if I had a large group and they couldn't accommodate but it was just skinny ole me asking if they were still serving breakfast and I was turned away as if i was asking for a free meal.

It SHOULD be a repository of artifacts about the varied history, cultures and ethnicities that have built the City of Pueblo from the 1840s to present. What it IS is something different. There are three sections. One gives a very brief history of the establishment of the original trading post/fort/community established in 1842 and its demise. The rest of the section focuses almost exclusively on the Hispanic people of the area as well as the indigenes. Display placards, all of which are in Spanish first, then English through the museum, consistent label American settlers as 'colonizers' and 'anglos' throughout. The second section, is dedicated completely to the steel industry labor movement in Pueblo. The third is about a small, fringe section of the city, featured because of the strong presence of citizens with Hispanic heritage. There's a lot of wasted space in the attractive building. Years ago, it used to have many more artifacts and gave a somewhat more balanced presentation of the rich history of Pueblo. Most all artifacts that do not support the present narratives are removed.
