I slept a in a remodeled jail cell (#1) in the former Pueblo Jail. The bed was comfy the decor was simple and elegant and it was really clean. We had a cute balcony and a coffee maker and snacks for purchase. The tub/ shower was awkwardly high to climb into and the water from the rain like shower head was low pressure. It was a Sunday night, so it was really quiet. Good place to stay if a little pricey for the Pueblo Fair to see Cheap Trick. read more

Rooms are fine. If you have traveled to Asia - it will seem big. :) There is nowhere to hang your clothing or store your luggage - so plan ahead. It is very cute, linens, and the bed were awesome! There is a coffee station in the Jail hallway. It should be upgraded to a large Keurig that holds water to prevent guests from running back and forth with their cups. We never saw anyone at the desk, but did meet the housekeeper. She was very pleasant. the drink tickets for the CLINK were a nice surprise. There should be more historical information in the hotel. Very unique, chic, and clean! Easy check in process. It is a little pricey, especially considering we stayed mid-week and in the winter. There wasn't anyone out and about on the Riverwalk and it seems the price would be a little cheaper considering these things. We did love the hotel and the vibe though! They gave us two free drinks at The Clink, a cute little lounge type bar. We had great service and delicious drinks. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and we were pleased. The room was decorated beautifully. The bed was super comfy. Everything had a great aesthetic! read more

Very nice and unique location along the River. We stayed in Cell 1 and had a wonderful time. It can be a little noisy, but nothing crazy and only until 10-1030pm. Each cell is uniquely appointed depending on your needs. Although we didn't have the free time available to try it, but there is a well reviewed restaurant on site Brues Alehouse which looked great. read more

Was super excited based on the previous reviews. Got a great call from Kayla and she had me all set up. Even asked what kind of beer I wanted. Room was mega, had a big screen TV, cool fireplace, close to everything. A great place to stay if you are an active person. However, upon checking the bed after dinner (I stay in hotels 3-4 nights a week) I found plenty of black hair of all lengths in the sheets and they were CLEARLY very old/slept in. I tried to call all the numbers, even offering to change the sheets myself as they are not staffed. No response (even as of this review a few days later) so I went down to the Marriott and checked in about 10:30 PM. Left messages and texted Kayla gain too the next morning again, she apologized and said she would tell her boss. Have heard nothing. Mistakes happen, I get it. But someone clearly knew that the bed had been slept in etc and purposely remade it all nice-like. Not good at any price, let alone what they charge. read more

Looking for "Party Perfection"? This is the venue for you! We rented out The Clink lounge for a Halloween party and could not be more pleased with how our event turned out. The owners and staff of the hotel treated us and our guests like royalty. I was super impressed with how smoothly our event went and really appreciated the fact that I was able to do very little prep work and could fully enjoy the party myself. The space is beautiful, the staff impressively accommodating, and the bar is fully stocked with high-end, small batch and craft spirits. Doesn't get any better! Thank you Clink! read more

Love the idea of this place but not the execution. They made an effort to turn this jail into a lovely hotel. In the process they missed the opportunity to keep a lot of the history and details. There's no story or pictures or anything that would make you understand the cultural context aside from a few old bar doors in the hallway. In addition, it was as if they A-L-M-O-S-T got to the higher end look that they were going for. But a lot of it was tacky. Poorly printed taped up signs in the bathroom and sink area stated things such as, "Our bathtubs have not been functioning bathtubs since 2019. You can only use the shower function. WE DO NOT ADVERTISE THAT WE OFFER BATHTUBS IN ANY OF OUR BOOKING SITES." (The bathtub IS front and center in the room.) The ice machine didn't have ice (which usually I wouldn't care but I was post surgery and needed it). The Keurig coffee maker was shared and in the hallway - also not connected to water. So, want your morning coffee, hobble out to the hallway and cart your water. Plus the Clink (yes a separate entity but an attraction we were looking forward to) was closed for a private party. It was as if someone had the right idea but couldn't quit execute. Meh. But, the room was clean, the bed was comfy, the location is fantastic and, again, I liked the idea. So, I could have looked beyond some of the miss-steps if it wasn't for one thing... the utter, complete and absolute lack of service. Day of arrival we received a voicemail notifying us that we would be billed and receive a text for how to check in. Great. Except there was no text. I was provided a call back number which was never answered. We arrived at the desk and it was unmanned - ALL DAY. I attempted to call the number again and we could hear the desk phone ringing. We waited 30 minutes before another guest walked in who awkwardly showed us where the keys were located. As we were never provided a door code and, therefore, come after hours we were locked out. There's an emergency number listed - but they make clear is is only for emergencies only and seemed rather annoyed when it was called. There is NO ONE to contact if you have a question or simple concern. In the service industry that seems completely unprofessional. No one ever once returned our call, followed up or apologized. It was absolutely ridiculous. I will say, I was completely charmed by Pueblo in a way I never expected. There's a lot of character in this town. I will certainly be back to visit but I will not at the Station. read more

What a fabulous little hotel in downtown Pueblo. It was a jail, so you will be staying in a cell. We had cell 3. Insanely comfy bed. Killer a/c to beat the 100 degree heat. A GIANT soaking tub for when it's not 100 degrees. A little common area with snacks and juice for all guests. It was right along the river walk so very convenient to walk anywhere downtown. We didn't get a chance to check out The Clink (the bar), but nice that it is right there. And there is plenty of parking (a cross the street)... and it's free. read more

Cool concept but this Jail-Hotel is not very "user friendly." Bathroom situation is awkward and offers zero privacy. Hot water is iffy, which became a real negative because room is cold. No hangars. No iron available. Lighting is difficult for anyone who likes bright light or needs to apply makeup. There is NO STAFF. One girl at front desk but she does not have answers when asked for help. Extremely complicated direction sheets to explain the use of 3 separate remote controls. Sorry to be so negative, especially since there are some pluses to this place, but honestly- it needs work. read more

We had a great experience staying at Station on the Riverwalk. Very clean, comfortable, & really cool atmosphere. The on-site restaurant & bar had great service & the unique cocktails impressed us. It was a little loud in our room from the other restaurant above us that had live music, but once they closed out their set for the night, the room was quiet and relaxing. read more

We had an emergency with my wife (had to go to hospital) and had to cancel last minute - they were not accommodating and rude and I would not recommend anyone staying here. Customer service is poor and it was very frustrating dealing with them. read more

Station On The Riverwalk made us fall in love with Pueblo! We were in town for a graduation party and decided to splurge and stay at the unique boutique hotel (the former Pueblo Police Station) which just opened in 2017. The location is ideal being right on the Riverwalk and in the same building as Brue's Alehouse, a happening restaurant and bar with live music on the weekends. The young owners are eager to make a good first impression so we were escorted to our room by the manager, who filled us in on the features of our room, what time continental breakfast would be available, a little history, etc. The hallway leading to the rooms has stylized wall sconces that set the tone for the cool retro police-station vibe that gives the hotel its special flair. We stayed in Cell #7, which is the ADA accessible room, so it was extra roomy. The spa inspired bathroom is elegantly finished with a teak shower bench, huge vanity with magnifying mirror, etc. I highly recommend you request this room if it is available. Stay here. You will feel like you are on vacation in a cool under-the-radar town that the rest of the world hasn't discovered yet. read more

I love this place! Great venue. So comfy. Super dog friendly. The staff is amazing. So competent, so friendly. Unbeknownst my dog escaped our cell (Seriously could there be more irony) the lovely lady who owns the place knocked on our door and personally returned him.
