Other shops had limited selection in what we were looking for. And then we found Anaya Tile, whose Yelp reviews were impressive. We soon learned why. By the time we walked in to Anaya Tile, we were completely unsure of what we were doing. Adam greeted us and offered to help. He spent so much time with us going through options, helping us navigate all the types of tile, laying things out for us, and pulling tiles he thought we might like. We went around and around and he showed nothing but patience and helpfulness the whole time. Even after we selected a design, we ended up changing our minds again, spending another block of time with Adam. It was so nice to feel like we could take our time deciding with the help of someone trustworthy and enthusiastic. Through the time we spent at Anaya Tile, we came to know it as a family business, very community oriented and passionate about helping their customers. We obtained multiple bids and selected this company due to Reyes's professionalism, knowledge and being very detailed. Of all the bids, Reyes was the only one to provide a detailed quote with line items and their associated cost. The other bids, some where a bit lower, provided no details just a lump some for one line item. These type of quotes will usually end uo costing more because it is easy for the contractor to say, it is not included or create tension because disagreements due to the lack of detail. The tile work itself was great, clean and great quality. Julio the installer was very professional and patient as we tended to ask a lot of questions along the process. On multiple occassions he asked if this is the way we wanted things done before he actually set the tile :-) There is nothing more frustrating then someone doing work without asking how you want it, all to have a customer be unhappy and having to do it again. Julio is also very experienced in his work so he was able to provide great suggestions.

Joey, Steve and crew were at my house every day including some Saturdays. The coordination that Javier and Maxine work in to make deliveries or equipment and help with picking up some of the orders was great. I had heard so many horror stories from friends and family on how long projects take. Neither I nor my friends and family could believe the final work and time it took. Thank you so much for telling me exactly when things would happen and I will say it was coordinated to go along with the right appliances and tubs so that we had everything ready and purchased to install by the time project started.
