The first time service is very gorgeous, the 2nd service today is like a disaster and nightmare. Last time, they drove a professional van machine, today it's a small portable machine, I don't think it's professional, and gave me another 2 choices: medium cleaning $299, deep cleaning $399, I don't like to move forward. The guy's attitude at the beginning is good, since he has come, I let him do the basic cleaning, he discounted price to $250 then $200 and he promised he would clean everything, so I chose medium cleaning, but it's worse than the basic cleaning compared with the first time (at that time there's no extra cost and so many choices). The guy said he has finished cleaning, I let him to improve it and clean everything, then I would gave him the full price, he said he gave me discount but he's unwilling to improve the cleaning. When I made the appointment and before start working, I told them the carpet under the mattress need cleaning, they did say they would, after the guy started working, he said he wouldn't remove anything due to COVID-19, I can understand he didn't remove the mattress, but he didn't move the nightstands, I'm pregnant, I helped him move the nightstands and light shelves, he said I disturbed his job. At the first time service,boss Carol came with a guy, I add $10 to remove the mattress, use the basic cleaning $120 (3 bedrooms, staircase and storage room under the staircase). Finally I gave him $120 because I told the guy I need to hire another one to improve the cleaning. So bad and unhappy experience. read more
