Triple chocolate = chocolate cupcake with nasty frosting and two kinds of chocolate chips to satisfy the name but not your taste buds. Every time I've been here, the cupcakes are amazing. This place is really dangerous for your waistline!!!! We have samples almost every flavor cupcake. The frosting, filling, and cake really go well together - they are proportioned just right and there is never a flavor that overwhelms the cupcake. The lemon and salted caramel are my personal favorites. There have been complaints about the price... Ingredients are expensive and time is valuable. These are not your average grocery store cupcake. I popped into Nadia's while getting lunch next door. I got two cupcakes to go - - a chocolate & peanut butter and a lemon. I ate the chocolate & peanut butter one which was PERFECTION. Creamy, delicious frosting on top of a moist, dense chocolate cake... so good I devoured it! I took the lemon one to my neighbor who is the cupcake queen and she loved it, too. I LOVE this place!!! The cupcakes here are a little bit smaller then Raes and Double D's but what lacks in size makes up in taste. The cupcakes are always moist and the taste is the exact taste you expect when you order it. Being the baconatarian that I am one of my favorite is the cupcake with the bacon in the icing. The cake was a little dry - it didn't taste freshly baked, the buttercream lacked real vanilla flavor. I wanted a price quote for my son's first bday cake, but didn't want to come in for a consultation because i knew exactly what i wanted and I've had a cake made from them before so i knew the consultation process. however, they would not give me a quote over the phone and required me to come in and pay a $25 deposit. I wanted a 60 serving cookie monster cake. It was pretty much just cookie monster's head on top of a large cookie. Their estimate was $865!!!!! WTF??! Their explanation was that it was labor intensive because of the carving of the cake. Really?? They also explained that they raised their prices within the past year. So i asked how much it would cost without carving the cake and making the head out of rice crispy treats instead...$600??!! They then said that no matter what the modifications are, a 2 tier 60 serving cake would cost minimum $400. I said hell no, no thanks. WAY OVERPRICED. Essentially, they ripped me off for my $25 when they knew this was something they could've told me over the phone because i even emailed them the picture of the exact cake i wanted. Their heads have grown so big. So I checked around at other places, no one charged me a unnecessary deposit and I was able to get the SAME EXACT cake with NO MODIFICATIONS from another company for $250. Wow! LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE!! Husband and I went for the first time after moving here and then seeing them on cupcake wars. Everyone was super friendly and very helpful. The cupcakes..... OH.MY.GAWD. the cupcakes. ALL of them were delicious! We ordered the 6 package deal for $18 (what a deal btw). Had to try their award winning cheesecake, vanilla vanilla, red velvet, hot cocoa, taste off fall and pumpkin spice. How can you choose a favorite! They were all so good. Yeah..a B for effort but as for taste..Im pretty sure they use a low grade butter or mixed butter fat..the frosting had a lardy taste that sticks to the roof of your mouth like lardish butter after wards..bought 3 to try, didnt eat a whole one of any. Wow! Highly impressed with these cupcakes. Unfortunately I don't live very close to go that often but had a chance to today. Yes it is the sweet American buttercream but I'm good with that. The chocolate cookies n cream and lemon drop were my favorites. The cake is so incredibly soft and moist and awesome flavor. Vanilla was also good. Cookie dough was the only one that was too sweet for me (and I like sweet!). I'll definitely go back when I can to try the other flavors. Yum! read more

We saw the ad at the freeway on our way to cherry picking. Practically got all famous flavors they have. Not one cupcake disappointed me. I love the flavor the texture. The frosting were not too sweet at all which made it even better. My favorite was the rose frosting (don't remember what flavor or the name). I am very particular with cupcakes. Some of them are just about the design and I don't like that. Nadia's was about EVERYTHING. The 2 things I don't like was. 1) they have no branch near us 2) the girl who was on staff that day thought I was insane and undermined me when I told her I want to buy 2 of each flavor they had. I loved the cupcakes here! I bought a dozen and I tried a variety of different cupcakes and I was highly impressed. The cupcakes were literally perfect to me! They were perfectly moist, and the flavor profile of each one I tried had a perfect balance of butter, cream, sugar, etc. The icing was also balanced perfect as well which is something that I've had problems with in cupcakes from other places. First off, I live in Santa Clarita. That is 35 miles away from this amazing establishment. Second off, after driving to this unknown establishment, (only came because of one persons opinion), I am a believer. The cupcakes were decadent, moist, well presented and overall amazing. I am one who definitely has a sweet tooth, so to say this is one of the top, is quite impressive. The only other establishment who comes close is "Sprinkles". (But they are far and pricey). Here you can get 4 cupcakes for $10. I am no math genius but that's 2.50 each. Every other place I have been to has charged 3-4 dollars for one cupcake. So, to sum up this bliss full experience, try these cupcakes, I wasn't disappointed. I would drive the 35 miles (one way) anytime for these pieces of heaven. read more

Not impressed with the red velvet. We were driving through Palmdale and made a special stop. No line; we were the only customer. I wondered why. We were greeted by their staff. Ask for the best seller and we were pointed to their red velvet and lemon drop. We were more velvet fans than lemon so we opted for the velvet. The cake didn't look red as Nothin' bundt and it didn't look fresh like Side Car. Then, we took a taste test. We thought it was dry. Very generic. It could pass for a grocery made cupcake (excluding Trader Joes). To be fair maybe the high cost was due to the the icing. It was above okay. Sprinkles is better. But the icing did not compliment the cake. We really were looking for moist and flavorful velvet cake. We expected more from the $3.25 cupcake but we felt very disappointed.
