I showed them a picture of the haircut I wanted, but the result looked completely different. When I politely told the stylist that my hair did not have layers like the picture, she responded very rudely and insisted it did, even though it clearly did not. My sister also got a haircut there, and they sent someone they called "professional" to do it, but the result was terrible as well. Both of us left extremely disappointed. The staff seemed unprofessional, rude, and lacking proper hairstyling skills. I honestly do not understand why people who cannot properly cut or style hair are working there. Customers deserve to be listened to and treated respectfully regardless of their language or background.

Let me say that again, she was four minutes away and they wanted $260.00 before they would deign to see her. This is ridiculous. The salon is not in LA or NY - not even DC. If they can get over themselves and correct their bad customer treatment I would go back. As it is, I'll miss Brittany's good cuts but I won't indulge that kind of bad behavior.
