I was embarrassed, because all the people in the office heard what he told me; but they did not listen to my part because I was speaking in a low voice. Dr. Guerrero also promised to help me with a discount for the part that the insurance did not cover, since it was too expensive for me, and neither did it. Now I am with the unfinished work because I can not pay it and the situation with my tooth is getting worse. The only thing he tells me is that I have to call the insurance to beg that they pay more money to Dr. Guerrero so that he can finish the job. I was a patient of Dr. Guerrero in the past and due to the distance from my new home and my work I could not go back to Dr. Guerrero's office, which I missed quite a lot because I always had very good experiences of his dental treatments. Now that I have a new job near his Doral office; I was very happy to be able to return; but he disappointed me terribly. Dr. Guerrero became an unprofessional and arrogant person.
