I have never left a spa crying from embarrassment and frustration the way I did after my first experience at this awful place. I came in for eyelash extensions ($82). I clearly explained that I wanted them as short as possible, with slightly longer lashes only at the corners for a soft cat-eye effect. Instead, everything was the same length and extremely long. The lashes were glued together, there was glue on top of my eyelid, and overall the service was very poor. You could also tell the quality of the materials was extremely cheap. I paid and went to my car to look at my lashes more closely, and I immediately decided to go back inside because I was very unhappy. By that point, I was already crying. I waited for the same technician and explained that the lashes were much longer than I asked for. Without asking what specifically I didn't like, she grabbed scissors and started cutting them in a half-circle shape. It looked ridiculous. I asked her to remove the extensions completely. While removing them, she complained to me, saying I had lied to her and that I made her lose money, and that she would have to charge me for the removal. That is an awful thing to say to a client who is already crying about the service she received. She didn't even remove all the glue from my natural lashes, and I went home with my real lashes still glued together. Meanwhile, the receptionist completely ignored me when I asked questions about a refund. I will never come back to this place. They damaged my lashes and still made me pay for it read more

I went there consistently for 7 years and I saw over the years how they became more about getting customers out than taking care of them. If I was going there, I always did the Royal which makes them the most money. I'm a good customer. I do not make appointments so I take whomever is available. Well the other day I went in for a Royal (most expensive) pedicure and manicure. And I had Sandy for my pedicure as she was available. And somehow mid way through, she had an appointment come in and she just ditched me. She didn't even finish and said she would not be doing the royal today. I'm sorry but if you are going to take a customer who is paying full price, then they become your customer. You don't just stop in the middle and decide oh sorry you are no longer important. It was pretty crappy and I will never go back because of it. It's too bad too as I live up the street and have spent thousands with them. I would not recommend this place as they are not about the customer. And definitely do not get Sandy if you are a walk in. A paying customer does not need to to be treated like they are not important just because they walked in. Don't choose them as a customer if that's the case. $38 for a gel manicure - WILL NOT be back. Unfortunately, this manicure ended in multiple cut and bloody fingers and a failed redo, after the tech wanted to do a cat eye (since that was the design I came in with). I was going in for a solid color, but since the cat eye was the only option she presented to me, I went with it. THE ISSUE IS SHE DID NOT KNOW HOW TO DO THE CAT EYE...?? Why would she offer a cat eye if she did not know how to do a cat eye design? She pointed to the design with the magnet, indicating that was what it would look like - I agreed. She tried a couple designs to which I eventually agreed to the 2nd design. After she showed me the next nail, I told her I wanted the cat eye design to be consistent on each nail, and when she decided she couldn't do that, she started painting them sparkly red, no magnet design. This completely changed the vibe of the nail aesthetic. When I advocated for this not being what I initially agreed to, she was kind enough to switch to a solid gel polish (white). However when taking off the red cat eye polish, she left some of the red cat eye color behind and now there are remnants of red left on my white manicure. See images of manicure with leftover red. I said a few times (not just once) there was red leftover and she looked at the nail, filed the corners a little, and gave me back my hand, still with red polish on the sides. This is disappointing since she was kind and didn't give me a hard time about having to change the color. But the ignorance in the attention to detail and bad attempt at the cat eye culminated to the worst nail experience. Ideally, the redo manicure went closer to the cuticle line, but that is the least of the problems with this experience. 2 stars instead of 1 because the tech was still kind during the experience. I hope they do better for future clients. read more

I would suggest you go to my nail tech Donna, she is an expert nail technician, she does everything from a Pedi to mani, (pink and whites), you name it; she can do it and it is perfect. Donna is extremely professional, friendly, and goes above and beyond to make you happy and your nails/feet will love her for it. I have been going to Donna for over the 12 years now. but if for some reason you can't get an appointment with Donna then any of the nail techs can jump in and help you out. There is a complete money-grab scam going on here and I will not be returning to this establishment again. I have come here 3 times in the past month and a half to get a gel manicure, and this time decided to do a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. I was a walk-in, and upon getting my manicure done by Rachel was told that I have hard gel on my nails... which I know I did not because I got them done at the same place by Cindy two weeks earlier. It was regular gel. She said that she had to give me a fill with my manicure, which would increase the price. I complied because she's supposed to be the professional, but 20 minutes later, another guest sat down next to me and I overheard her nail tech tell her the same thing... the guest was also in for a gel manicure and was told that she had acrylic under her gel, to which the guest told her that she didn't and that she just had gel on her nails... but the tech once again tried to argue that she had something else and was trying to up the price to get her to buy a more expensive manicure. Wow. I realized I was taken advantage of and I walked out $107 broker with a manicure I hate. Very disappointed. I ESPECIALLY don't appreciate this happening in a space that is meant to feel relaxing and safe as a female. I came in on a Sunday it was not busy. I should have known that is a red flag. Seriously, it is 10 days before Christmas so I was wanting something for christmas. I asked for sparkly white with a red heart. The lady was nice but she spoke Very little english or could not understand english well. When a client asks for the tech to make the nails shorter give the client what they want... client is paying. I AM NOT happy with long thumb nails. I asked her 3 times make them shorter all of them especially the thumbs. Did she... No. then I told her I wanted a large heart. She went off on her own and started making her a little small hearts. Complete lack of communication of not understanding me. I will never ever be back. I was not very happy at all because I brought my relatives in from out of state. Really, these nails are just hideous. I will be coming back on Monday to speak to a manager. I'm sure that will get me nowhere but maybe hopefully people will save their money and time and not come here. read more
