During the appointment, we had a bit of small talk while she worked and each time she would rip the wax off, Dayna would make sure I was good. After the appointment, I paid and thanked her for the service as she did a tremendous job and told her I would be returning. I don't live in the Cleveland/Chatt area as I was visiting family but each time I make the drive up here and decide I need a wax, I'll be sure to book with Dayna again! After I explained the pain/ discomfort, she explained to me (in detail) what was likely causing the pain and what she would do to relieve it. A "far cry" from someone just "rubbing you down", Ann was very intentional in pressures applied and the procedures she used. I recommend Ann without hesitation! (A five star rating indicates -- to me -- that there is "no equal". I can't attest to that, but I would definitely give her a 4.75 if possible).

And in the end, it wasn't "chunks" like I really wanted, it was more like tons of small blonde pieces all blended together. So I could have saved $75 and went to get the highlight kit from Walmart like I normally do, but I thought I would for once splurge on myself, and now I mainly just regret it because it's not really at all what I asked for. Overall they're clean, it's pretty to look at and they weren't unfriendly, just could've been a little more upbeat I felt, and a bit on the pricey side as well.

TJ is one of the "Gentlemen's Grooming Artists" here and he knows how to cut hair. Just a cut is about $20 but it is worth it. I was spending as little as $10 at some of the other places I went to but I was getting what I was paying for. The really cool thing about this place is they offer you a drink while you get your hair cut. Liquor for the rated R men or soda/water for the PG guys. You can also play foosball or chess while you wait. The interior reminds me of a high class old Wild West saloon more than a barber shop which is right up my alley. Don't forget to ask for TJ.

They said no we don't give refunds they denied me off that and could care less to to fix anything, then after my many attempts to fix the issue and them showing no concern what so ever I voiced how horrible that is for customer service my mom left there spending $270 and you don't care to try to make anything right ?
