I don't know why I went back to this place! The reason I went is because it is close to my house and I had company coming for Fourth of July. The place was super busy but I got in. It was a TERRIBLE experience on my second visit again! First I asked for bubble bath powder dip for my mani. They rushed through it, so much so that they didn't even put it under a lamp or give me a hand and arm lotion mini massage. Then rushed me over to pedicure where they said they would match my color. Came back twice with not a matching color but a horrible coral! Under the lights, the rushed feeling I was experiencing, I said fine. I don't v like tiger color at all and they certainly don't match my nails but beyond that, they barely touched my calluses. I paid (with tip) a total of $90 and worse of all, here it is, not even one week later I have three chipped nails (as if it was regular polish, not the dip. I should have known. The first time they burned all my cuticles and now they did a rushed job, charged me for powder dip when really it v was just a manicure, decided on their own color and barely worked on the calluses on my feet. I will never go back again! I will say the Zen at Cambridge square was a totally different experience for the same thing I got and the powder lasted over two months! I would definitely recommend THAT Zen at Cambridge. I am including a picture of the bad job they did and I now have to spend another $90 to have them properly at the other zen at Cambridge! Just horrible.they herd you in, don't listen and rush the service. Never again!! read more

They are not a good place to go. I have went several times and they will leave you in the lobby and forget about you and take people that come in after you first. The last time I went there, they let me sit there 30 minutes because they forgot me. I just assumed they had made appointments. So when I said something, they were very rude. Really GREAT experience here at this new salon!! Incredible ambiance. They offer beverages, Coke, even wine... awesome. Very comfortable pedicure chairs with individual controllers... the chair feels like it actually hugs you while getting a massage from your head to your bottom. My technician Austen was 100% ahhmazing... took special care with calluses and nail edges. A PERFECT paint job! He was also very personable. This will definitely be my go-to from now on. I got GEL X, which I have never gotten before. I told Henry that I needed them short but square. He showed me my pinkie nail length, which i said that was fine but my other nails were much longer upon observation once in my car. They were also uneven, slanted and the length of my left hand nails were much longer. I made another appointment the next day for a cut down. I showed Henry a picture of what I wanted. Once again, the same outcome when observing in my car. I will not be going back. I went to EPIC NAILS in Ft. Oglethorpe, GA and Lily did exactly as I asked. read more

I usually go to Emma's Nails down the street, but was given a gift card to this new Zen Nail Spa. I'm not sure of my technician's name, she didn't talk much. I'm not sure if there was a language barrier between us or not. Anyway, she gave me a VERY hurried pedicure. Did not scrub any calluses off of my feet. Barely placed the pumice to my foot. Then only applied one coat of gel to my toes. At one point I asked her to cut my toenails a little shorter and she only cut one of the shorter. Some of my toenails ended up being cut crooked as well. There was no massage, she just rubbed the lotion in. For $50, I was very unsatisfied. If I hadn't had the gift card, I might have said something. I guess I'll go home and attempt to scrub the calluses off of my feet. My mani was rushed too and she left gel all over my skin. Several times she pulled my hands out of the UV light before it went off. That being said, my daughter also had a pedicure. The gentleman who did hers took his time and talked with her. read more

Walked in, asked for a nail polish change, no manicure. Aiden (cool blue hair) did a very careful job with base coat, two coats of the color, and top coat. The whole process was high quality and exceeded my expectations. The shop has a clean, beautiful interior. I saw several technicians cleaning, and straightening. It's conveniently located with plenty of parking at the new Enclave Shopping Center. I'll definitely return. read more
