First time coming to the salon. I wanted to come in since I've been seeing this place on my IG feed. Once you enter, you can check in on the tablet for 10% and have four chair to wait for your turn. Luckily, booking online was very quick and available, but did see a lot of walk-ins and people came in and out very quickly. Had my nail tech, Aley and she's been very helpful and tried to match my request. I do personally wish that they had more charms since I've tend to go towards Japanese nail and style, but glad that she was able to assist my request. Inside the salon is pretty clean and people were very nice. However, just wanted to get a top coat so the charms or small decors don't fall off within a day or so. Super clean and new nail salon with amazing service! I would normally round up my 3.5 star experience to a 4 but I think the lack of attention to detail and the higher price point is what ultimately put it at a 3 for me. Starting off with the good: the space is really clean with everything looking nice and new. They have massage chairs for your pedicures and everything was super comfortable. They even gave me a mini water bottle and had a hook for my purse. Services was super friendly and I loved that they played a travel food YouTube channel on their big screen tvs the whole time. The cons: unfortunately, the attention to detail was not the best with a small hair cured into my thumb nail and bubbles in a few other nails. I got a manicure with gel cateye nail polish with silver star nail stickers and a normal polish basic pedicure and the total ended up being $110 ($130 after tip). So once again, the service and the space great but for the price I think there should be more attention to detail. I've definitely gotten better quality / more intricate nail designs for equal or even cheaper elsewhere. Nail Art studio is pretty close to my house so I would go again since the service was so friendly and the space was so clean and comfortable. read more

This is my new go to place!! Ive been doing my nails at home recently because my nail appointments have been disappointing. But I came here and now i have a new nail addiction. The place is clean and relaxing. They take their time and dont make you feel like they are just rushing to get to the next appointment. I highly recommend making a reservation because like I said they dont rush the person they are working on. Everyone there is super friendly. I had judy the first time and rose the 2nd and 3rd time. The color options are beautiful, however I think they have more gel options than regular. I ended up doing gel because the colors I really wanted were only in gel. Me and my friend noticed a new place opened up near her house, since they just opened they are offering 20% for a limited time so we decided to try it out! Upon walking in the studio it was nice and clean which I loved. Everything was brand new, within time I only hope they upkeep with cleanliness. We got a 70 minute premium pedicure and their service was fantastic! The lady that did my service was Rose, she took great care of me and took her time. We got there and asked for the Lux Pedicure. It started out great, but unfortunately the experience became disappointing. The gentleman who worked on my wife was very short and rude with her. He would say things like "Foot here" without any politeness or kindness in his tone. It felt more like he was scolding someone than speaking to a paying customer. He also skipped a couple of steps that were supposed to be included, such as filing the nails, scrubbing the feet, and removing/filed calluses. After finishing her nails, he abruptly asked her to pay, even though I was the one planning to pay for the service. I understand there may have been a language barrier, but the interaction still came across as rude and unprofessional. On the other hand, the lady who did my pedicure was very kind, gentle, and pleasant throughout the service. However, she also skipped applying a clear coat and never asked whether I wanted it. Overall, I'm disappointed with the service quality, especially from the male employee. The one major positive is that the salon itself was spotless and didn't have the strong nail polish smell most salons have. That would honestly be the only reason I would consider returning. Otherwise, service from the male employee would be a hard pass, and I would definitely mention that to others considering this place. read more

This salon is nice but not trained in Gel-X . I went to get a fill and have one replace . By the time I got home the replacement fell off. The 4 days later the Gel-X polish simply came off my nail. The tech that fixed my nail the second time didn't even know which polish to use for Gel-X. I'm all about trying new places. Our usual pedicure spot was booked on the day that we had time to go so we decided to try this place out. And thankfully, we went when their 20% off promo was still going on. My cousin and I both got pedicures. The guy who checked us in did her toes and another lady did mines. We were so excited to come in and get our pedicures because we both have been working so hard and wanted to get it done before the holidays. We both decided on the $65 pedicure which is one of the middle tiers that they offer that includes paraffin wax and a sugar scrub. I wanted a design on mine since my birthday is this month. I wanted to be a little bit more extra. The first problem came with my Cousin...first he put on the wrong shade of red that she chose so he wiped it off and put on what we thought was the correct color but half halfway through he realized that he grabbed a regular polish and not a gel polish so he had to wipe it off again for the second time and redo it again for a third time with finally, the correct shade and polish. The second problem happened when the lady who was doing my toes, decided to put rainbow rhinestones that I didn't ask for in my design... actually the design that I asked for didn't even have rhinestones at all on them. I told her I'm sorry could you please take those off because that's not what I asked for... she laughed and said oh I'm sorry I'm just trying to try something different...ummmm ok. It literally took us almost 3 hours in the salon just to get our pedicures done which is crazy. On top of that they didn't even ask if they wanted our toenails trimmed or if the length that they trimmed off was good enough. Upon cutting my cuticles, the lady also nipped me and I started bleeding. She didn't apologize and just put some ointment over it. The paint job on my toenails are so bad... uneven and thick. We barely got a massage during our service and our feet were not scrubbed and taken care of. The total of my service would've been $95 but with the 20% off it came out to about 75+ I tipped them $10 each... and yes before you say, why are you tipping if you had a bad service it's because I understand how the service industry works. Maybe they were having a bad or off day... but I definitely don't think I will be back... read more
