Been going here ever since they have opened ! From day one the owner Michelle has been nothing but nice and hospitable. It says a lot when someone greets you with your first name every time you walk into a place. I usually come in as a walk in and I typically only have to wait five minutes or no time at all. The work is very consistent and very well priced. Big nail selection and Zoila and Maria is the best at pedicures. read more

I am so glad I found this salon. I came across it on here looking for a five star review nail salon since they are very hard to come by. This place is great. Very affordable pricing (30 gel manicure, 20 regular pedicure that includes hot stone message and that warm purple gel for your heels). They are super clean,very nice, and accommodating. Great gel color selection. I also love that they use nail protein before applying the gel color. My pedicures and gel manicures last longer than they have in forever! I would give it 0 stars if I could!! VERY rude employees. I had an appointment for a manicure/pedicure and they rushed me in and out of there in 20 minutes. They insisted on doing my manicure while I was getting my pedicure which was very rushed and uncomfortable. I had 3 different ladies switch around to complete my pedicure because they couldn't find the time for me to have one person do it. The lady doing my manicure was extremely rude. Overall it was a terrible experience and I felt I was treated poorly because I was not a regular. I only went because I received a gift card and I will NEVER go back. I have been looking for a good pedicure spot in the area for 3 years. I am so happy to finally of found my go to place. I literally don't think I want to go anywhere else again because I loved it so much. Very clean, modern and everything was just redone so it's very nice. Great new salon with great service! I decided to stop by for a much needed mani/pedi and the ladies were all accommodating and super friendly. My nails are still in great shape after 1.5 weeks! I usually stop by different salons in the city after work but they are either over priced or the polish chips off after a couple of days. I went today (a thursday) and I did not have the best experience. I had gels on and asked to get them removed, which I paid $5 extra for, and the lady rushed through it, not even taking off the polish fully. She then proceeded to rush through the rest of my manicure, barely taking the time to file my nails in a nice shape and carefully apply the polish. The massage lasted about 2 seconds and the hot towel was almost cold. She got nail polish all over my skin and there are air bubbles in my nail polish. The good thing about this place is that it seems clean and the one lady who I'm guessing runs the whole place is really nice. The nail tech who did my manicure was clearly unqualified and did not put any effort into my manicure. Very disappointed with their SNS manicure. They have a wide variety of color choices which is nice, but I'm not sure if their technique is off or if they lack experience with it because my nails chipped and cracked merely 1 week after my appointment. I've had SNS done several times in the past- each time lasting 3/4 weeks with no chipping until the very end. I went back after a week and someone did fix the nails which I appreciated, but again another week went by and they were falling off. I had to ultimately remove the nails after only 2 weeks and paying almost $50, a price that is only worth it if it actually lasts longer than typical gel. Nice people but unfortunately will not be going back. read more

I normally don't write anything bad on reviews, but want to share my experience. Starting with the good: nice, upscale and clean atmosphere. Friendly staff and nice selection of colors and services. I went on Saturday, and made an appointment since I knew it would be busy. However, I still had to wait. I'm okay with waiting, but I really had to wait a while for my pedicure (although it was worth it). And then waited quite a bit in between for my manicure. The owner/manager ended up having to do my manicure, but kept stopping to make new appointments and tend to scheduling/overbooking issues. As a new mom with time constraints, this will not be my go to place. If you have leisure time, I recommend this place overall. Unfortunately my schedule doesn't allow me to come during the week when it is likely slower and I can get my monies worth. read more

This was my first time coming here since I am looking for more places that have a wide selection of the SNS nails. It was great and they had lots of options, except it is the 4th day since I got them done and one already chipped. SNS nails are supposed to last 3-4 weeks and considering this didn't even last a week is just not acceptable. Now I'll have to go back and get them done sooner than I would have liked. read more

Worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. I went to the owner, Michelle. I had the powder gel manicure two times. When I went back the third time and she took the powder gel off, my nails were full of mold. I was devastated when I saw it. I asked Michelle, what is that? She answered "I don't know. I have never seen that before." This is what REALLY annoyed me. I find it hard to believe that the OWNER of this salon did not know it was mold, and had never seen it before. She tried stopping me from taking a picture of my nails (saying she wanted to "fix" them first), but I did not listen to her. I took a picture, and I plan to pursue this matter. read more

First time here, and a few months since I've had my nails done as they've been weakened & damaged from having crystal gel with tips in the past. Everyone was very kind, and most importantly the place is clean! I had an excellent much needed pedicure. My nails are in poor condition so I simply got a gel manicure, but the nail technician took her time giving my nails the attention they needed. I came here a few times and really liked it. However, my most recent visit has steered me away from this place for good. I came two hours before closing time for a regular pedicure which I thought was plenty of time. The whole pedicure was so rushed, it was done in 10 minutes and looked it. They were OK I guess, I was looking for a new nail salon and believe this was a good place. Service was really good and the owner was very personable plus the place was really clean, BUT when they actually did my nails I was disappointed. I asked for acrylic and the lady put a gel base that was super thin. I didn't know that was what she was using after she glued the tips so I felt bad if she had to start over so I was like whatever. Then when they were done I was yet again dissatisfied as my nails weren't really even and my index finger on my left hand was crooked. To top it all of the paint job was mediocre and it looks like I painted my nails with my left hand and I am a righty. I just got them 2 days ago and they feel really weak I don't even think they will last me until my prom in a few days. WHAT HAD ME SHOOK the most was the pricing because all I can say is that for the job they did I got played-$60 dollars for two clear coats of this polish gel into my tips, fild so thin and then nail polish on top. I am very dissatisfied with my pedicure, she was rough, barley did any massaging and the paraffin was barely on my heel I had to keep pushing it on and I realized she didn't dry my foot so it didn't stick!!! I was in and out in seconds my manicure was just as bad she cut my nails way to short rushed through them as well while sitting in the pedicure chair !
