Let me lead with how beautiful the space is. Whomever designed thought of the Yaaaas Queen experience. You start by building your pedicure. There are different options of soaks, scrubs, lotions, etc. there are plenty of options that are included in the price but, be careful, there are lots that inch up the price slowly. The service was pretty typical. Soak, scrub the dead and ten layers of skin off your feet, massage your calves to the bone, and apply polish. So many colors to pick from. I'm a glitter girl so I was stoked when there were more than 10 sparkles to pick from. The only negatives for me were that they only offered gel polish on toes. I don't prefer gel on my toes. You can bring in your own but why would you want to? Also it was a bit $$$. I get the days of $20 pedis are long gone but $60??? I didn't get a mani but that menu looked more price appropriate. I had such a wonderful experience at this adorable nail salon! I came in for a full set of builder gel and a gel pedicure, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The salon is super cute, clean, and has a relaxing vibe that made me feel comfortable right away. The staff was so friendly and welcoming--everyone had great energy and took their time to make sure everything was perfect. My nail tech paid close attention to detail and helped me pick out the perfect colors. My builder gel nails came out flawless--natural-looking, strong, and beautifully shaped. The pedicure was equally amazing and left my feet looking and feeling fresh. You can tell they really care about cleanliness and quality here. This is definitely my new go-to spot. Highly recommend if you're looking for a place that's both professional and personable! Update: I just had my nails done by Jessica and she did amazing really good job. My husband and I both got pedicures. It's different in the fact you build your own pedi for add on charges. The inside is super nice and has 20 fabulous pedi chairs. It ended up being more money than our usual pedis but worth it. The paraffin is in individual sealed packages. Jace did mine and he dug my ingrown nails out completely. It was worth the discomfort. And the rest of the service made up for that. They only use gel polish (which is what I always pay extra for at other places so my charge was probably comparable). They have full drinks and snacks and are so friendly. We will be back. read more

Made 2 appointments at 1130 for my friend and me. Arrived at 1120. Was told to go sit at a station and that was all for about 20 minutes. No water. Nothing. I asked why our appointments were worthless and was told that the other customers were holding things up. Won't go back. read more

I recently tried this place since the ratings were higher.. but had one of the worst experiences ever. I'm a cosmologist so I know how nails should be done I just don't have the patience to do them. I asked for a soak off since my natural nails were too long and she completely ignored my request and gave me a fill. Which I just brushed off since I figured she knew what she was doing. She starts to drill off the old set and I wish I was kidding.. she drilled through every. Single. Nail bed. DEEP. I soaked them off my self because they started breaking off like crazy and the pain was slowly increasing. My nails were only two weeks old. I'm currently in throbbing pain in each nail. My nails are so damaged I will have to wait months for them to fully recover. I never write reviews but as a professional I had to warn other people because this is NOT okay. A little damage after removing acrylic is normal but this... I was done so dirty. I will be coming up there to show them the damage in person. If your real nails are being left like this, extremely dented and deformed after a set.. ITS NOT NORMAL. read more

Unfortunately the only positive I have to say is how sweet the lady that works at the front desk is. My boyfriend and I came in to get pedicures, and I, a full set of acrylic, one solid color. The lady who did my boyfriends pedicure was so sweet and offered us drinks. But the lady who did my nails and pedicure was rude to say the least. When we started my nails, she told me that the foundation of the nails I already had on would be fine to just go ahead and do a fill. At first I thought she was just being polite and trying to save me money, but then she continued to argue with me that I don't need a new full set after i told her that the reason I wanted a new set was because I already had filled the nails that were on three times and my nails underneath were bothering me, as they were grown out to the end of the acrylic. I finally asked her if she just wasn't able to do a full set, although that's what I scheduled my appointment for, and the lady working next to us said something to her that I couldn't understand. She then asked if I wanted her to cut my natural nails shorter and I told her yes please. To then she again continuously argued with me for about 5 minutes saying I should keep my natural nails the same length as they were ( they were grown out to my acrylics and that was the whole point of getting a new set...the nail growth underneath.) At this point the whole tone and attitude had me feeling so uneasy I was tearing up. Thank god my boyfriend was there to witness because I've never been treated so poorly while paying for a service to feel better... On top of the attitude and overall complications, the lady botched my nails. I didn't have it in me to say I didn't like them, I was already tearing up, on edge, and ready to get out of there. The acrylic is SO thin that they bend. She missed the whole sides of my nails when painting them. And last but not least, not even 24 hours after leaving the salon, the paint on my nails start chipping. I came back in the next day asking for someone else to re paint my nails, so another lady did. Not even 5 minutes into sitting in the chair the lady who originally did my nails came over and (I'm assuming) asked the lady why I was back. I couldn't understand the brief conversation but the lady raised her voice, pointed at me and walked away...Not one word spoken to me. Not a single word from either of the ladies. And not even a day later they're chipping again. I'm so disappointed. I just moved to the area looking for a new nail spa and had my hopes set as high as these reviews. I would highly recommend spending your money elsewhere and saving yourself the anxiety, tears, and poor treatment. read more

This nail salon is a hidden gem!! It's not a nail appointment here; it's an experience. This place is so cute with all its drawings on the walls and welcoming colors. You're grated by the sweetest people who are very attentive to your wants Anna needs. I absolutely love the wall of love, "that's what I call it" where you pick your own lotions, scrubs, etc. you start with a base cost here and anything you take from the wall is an add on to the price.
