Went to get nails done for the holidays. It was a pretty good experience! The people were nice!

Decided to have a little spa day last week and went to try out this place since it was nearby. I got the honey-melon white-orchid pedicure, and while I loved the leg massage, I think they could have done just slightly better for the callus treatment. I didn't have many calluses to begin with, but I don't think much was done to the ones that were there. The pedicure itself was fine as well. Buuuut the silver lining is that the lady was super friendly, so if anything, her company was a treat as well. She did do pretty well with the manicure and even helped out when I came back because I messed them up on my way out of the store. Might come back here to try their facials though! read more

Didn't have a great experience here. Didn't make me feel pampered. When your guests arrive you should automatically fill up their pedicure bowls, and ASK how the temp is when you do fill it up. I waited 10 minutes in the pedicure chair before I was helped, then a lady came to fill it up, turned it to the hottest temperature then walked away while it filled up. The water was so hot it burned my feet. Had to wait another 10 minutes before she came back to then let her know it was too hot. The tools she proceeded to use for my service didn't come out of a sanitized bag either. Won't be back. Was a mid teir experience. I'll give the benefit of the doubt and say it was late and close to closing time. read more

Ten and Rachel took care of me and my daughter. We both had deluxe pedicures & full sets. My massage with pedicures was the best yet and I get them every 2 weeks religiously. I'm looking forward to coming back when I'm in Oklahoma visiting. read more

The pedicure I received here was the worst one I have ever had. Which is odd because I saw good reviews. The person who did mine was the only man I have seen there. Polish wise it was ok but everything else was terrible. I got hot stones and the man just rubbed them on my skin instead of massaging with them. It was extremely weird. Then the massage had 0 pressure and I wasn't asked once about the pressure. Then, I initially chose the $60 pedicure but having gel costs extra which they do not disclose to you so I left with an $85 bill. My experience with my fills on my hands has been good and I have two stars for those but I'm afraid this pedicure left me never wanting to go back. read more

I have very sensitive legs and feet. What most people would consider very relaxing is usually painful for me. These ladies not only listened to me but were very careful of that. I came in with a family member, who was older. They were very respectful of this person and pampered them. They scored a home run in my book just for how congenital they were. Some nail salon employees are condescending but not here! These ladies are kind and considerate with a genuine interest. We thoroughly enjoyed our pedi's at this place. And after it was all said and done, I loved the end result for both me and my family member. I would highly suggest this place whether going solo or in a group. It was 54 dollars for both pedis. Now we didn't go top of the line - we just got the standard pedi. However, we still felt like we got all the bells and whistles with all they did do. This is a top notch and CLEAN salon, with staff that care about you. Win-win for you. read more

I've noticed for awhile my gel manicure was looking worse and worse. The final straw came when almost every nail, the polish bubbled and started to peel off 4 days after I got them done. I would have gone back and had them fixed but I just had to do that two manicures previously. I just needed to find a new place. One specific lady her manicures are awful. They're lumpy (she does horizontal stokes on the tip but she doesn't do vertical strokes to smooth it out) the file is crooked and the polish bubbles and peels. I'm not sure if it's the polish or if her light isn't working correctly but they lost a customer. The new place I found is awesome. they do three coats of polish for the same price! read more

Great pedicures! My husband and I went today and they spent a good amount of time with each of us and my nails look beautiful

I stopped in for a soak off and a dip polish, and asked if there was a wait. I was told no and was sat down to get my soak off. I picked a color and waited 20 minutes, and then was asked to leave because 2 people just called for a pedicure. It was really rude to have me wait and to place 2 people who called after me, in line and I was there before then. I wasted my lunch break coming here and it was very inconsiderate. If I would have been told there was a wait or something I totally get it. read more

Love this place so much I have been in search of a great place to get a pedicure done since I've moved here from Az and I finally found it. The entire staff is so friendly and work diligently to keep everything safe and sanitized, my go to person is definitely Tammy because she never disappoints. 10/10 first time here, and the service was outstanding! I loved how passionate the massages were. The prices were also very reasonable. So incredibly clean, and the ladies are so kind. It seems a little understaffed, and I had a little bit of a wait time but honestly, that does not bother me. I only waited a few moments until I was finally sitting in a chair quickly enough. My pedicure was awful. The water was boiling hot and the technician seemed really irritated that I asked her to please cool it down. After a few days, I had to remove an ingrown toe-nail because of how she cut the nail. My gel polish is already faded and splotchy after less than a week. :( read more

I've been looking for awhile for a new nail salon so I found the time to try this salon for the first time today. I was greeted promptly and seated in a pedicure chair immediately. I chose the very reasonably priced deluxe pedicure (complete with mint scrub and hot towels). Julie did a fabulous job! Hailey then waxed my eyebrows and did a wonderful job as well. Very reasonably priced and extensive list of services--they even do parties! This is my new go-to nail/wax salon! read more

Terrible place. Poor service. The gal let me sit for 20 min without doing anything whereas my girlfriend next me was getting a great job. We had the same pedicure. My gal did not put on a base coat or top coat and my pedicure only lasted 2.5 weeks till it all rubbed off by itself in places. I asked about the top coat and base coat and they said I didn't need it. Sure not if it is going to stay as planned. Lied to me and my friend, never going again!! read more

I have been to this location several times,since it is 1/2 mile from my house. And this will absolutely be my very last chance I'm giving them. I have never had a good service here, and now even worse customer service. I went in for a simple deluxe pedicure on 1/11/20 and requested nothing special. Just deluxe pedicure as stated on their menu. The pedicure was at best, mediocre. The next day, not even 24 hrs later, I realized that my polish was shotty looking. Looked like it was peeling, or wasn't polished all the way. So I went in and told them, quietly as there were other customers, and asked that they repaint them. She asked me to pick out a color and the have a seat. She then just painted over the awful paint job. And so I stated "so you're just going to paint over it instead of repainting them?" And she giggled and said yes. I told her, "well I could've painted over them myself if I would have known that's what you were going to do". It's not like it was gel and was going to take forever to soak off. It was a nude color, regular polish. To me this is unacceptable as spa treatments are a luxury service, not a necessity. And people that pay for those services, should be treated and compensated as such. I will not ever be back. And not to mention, all the ladies that work there just seem unhappy and quite grumpy. read more
