I booked a full set of acrylics with regular polish for 2 of my daughters, and I booked a deluxe pedicure. Once there, i upgraded my pedicure to a seashell pedicure for the paraffin wax and extra 3 minutes of massage. The soaking water was lukewarm/almost cold, definitely not relaxing. The massage shouldn't be called a massage at all. She slid her hands and seashells up and down my legs without applying any pressure whatsoever. No foot massage, which I definitely could've used because I am on my feet constantly throughout the day. She even stopped her "massage" about a minute before the 13 minute timer was up. The polish on my toenails is horrible. There is polish on my skin, lumps, and the color is way too far away from my cuticles, making it look crazy. My toenails are cut extremely short to where it's painful, and they are all uneven. I will not be wearing sandals until they grow out and I can get back into my usual salon to fix them. For the first set of acrylics with regular polish, i was charged for a set of gel x nails. Obviously I didn't book that nor want that. The nails ended up being absolutely atrocious and do not look professionally done in the slightest. They are lumpy, have many jagged, unsmooth edges, and there are multiple spots where there is no polish, or the glitter does not cover the base color. The second set was booked as the same, but i was charged for an acrylic set with gel polish. These are the best looking nails out of the bunch, but there are still a few jagged edges and a completely different glitter was used than in the inspiration photo that my daughter showed her tech. Both my girls left extremely disappointed as this was their first set of "fake nails" for back to school, but they are sweet and didn't want to complain or upset their nail techs. I would've mentioned being charged for things I didn't book when checking out, but the only thing I was shown was the total, and the receipt didn't get delivered to my phone until we were already almost home, and we live close to an hour away.

I have a place I normally go to close to my house but because this place is close to work..we thought we'd try it out. This is probably the worst set I've ever gotten. There are bubbles in 7/10 of my nail top coat that you can see very clearly, they look dirty. You can see streaks over the white part. Two of my nails are cut crooked or are on crooked. When trimming my cuticles I had a small cut on the side of my finger she cut the skin back on which made it bleed really bad, and then she put some stuff on it used a towel to clean the blood up and kept using utensils which didn't seem very sanitary when blood is involved. And then she accidentally cut my thumb which started bleeding..and i get accidents happen. Overall I just wanted a nice French style look and it's just not good. My friend showed a picture of what she was trying to do before committing to getting hers done and she was told they could do them and they got messed up too (same girl). It's just the work that wasn't worth $40 for me to literally want to go home and paint over them. I hate leaving bad reviews but I wouldn't recommend this place. We both left disappointed. I did call the salon, I asked for a manager, one wasn't available. I asked to leave my info and a guy put me on the phone with the person who did my nails. She did offer to redo them. I told her because of the number of mistakes that were made I didn't want to come back there, that I would pay my normal place to fix them. I asked that o be refunded. She said to send her pictures of my nails and if they're not right she'll refund me. I sent her the photos attached. After telling her I had put them on this post and she said that wouldn't work and I needed to take my review down and come in so she could redo them. I told her I stood by my post and that I would update it if the issue was corrected. After sending her the photos she said that when I left my middle nail that's lifting wasn't like that. And they won't refund my money that I can come in and get them redone. I text her back and told her that if she didn't want to make it right, that's her choice but I would appreciate a manager calling me back. I'm not normally a person who does all of this I'm not a "Karen" by any means but this wasn't ok.
