I figured that I would have to get my hair done in Columbia. However, I read a review of the Venue and gave it a shot. When I went there, I asked for a stylist with modern, cutting-edge skills. I didn't want a crazy hairstyle, but I did want someone who had some serious training. They suggested Michael B. He is awesome! And, I've heard only good things about the rest of the stylists. The only reason I give 4 stars is that my daughter showed her technician a picture of coffin shaped nails and came out with them super squared and she has abrasions on several fingers. When i asked her about that she said the technician was very rough and hurt her. I asked her if she spoke up and she said she was scared to. That's some of her being 15 I'm sure (& I was at another table) but it's also important for the artist to recognize if a client may be younger or shy and make sure they're getting a quality experience and what they want / have asked for. These are her nails for her 16th birthday present. The owner was SUPER sweet & when she found out it was our birthdays gave us each a sweet little gift! We'll definitely come back again, just probably ask for a different technician for my daughter.

THIS place did SUCH a good job fixing all the bad they did to my nails and feet. They took the bad paint job off, and was very gentle with my cuticles and feet. They were kind, clean and the place smelled great! My nose is sensitive so smell good places always makes me happy. But they took their time and gave me what I asked for which is so NICE to have. After $54 I now have to turn around and go somewhere else. The gal just that I wasn't happy and wanted them fixed. I usually get better service but this gal I've never used before.
