He got mad because I called him out about going up on the price all while he was lying talking about he didn't go up I even showed him my bank statement proof that I was being charged $55 for the length I've been getting since forever. We checked in for our appointments and even though they were at 12 & 12:45 they got us both started ASAP. My technician, the niece of the owners was amazing, gentle and did a great job. The only reason I give 4 stars is that my daughter showed her technician a picture of coffin shaped nails and came out with them super squared and she has abrasions on several fingers. When i asked her about that she said the technician was very rough and hurt her. I asked her if she spoke up and she said she was scared to. That's some of her being 15 I'm sure (& I was at another table) but it's also important for the artist to recognize if a client may be younger or shy and make sure they're getting a quality experience and what they want / have asked for. These are her nails for her 16th birthday present. The owner was SUPER sweet & when she found out it was our birthdays gave us each a sweet little gift! We'll definitely come back again, just probably ask for a different technician for my daughter.
