Unfortunately, I was disappointed with my experience. As you can see in the picture, my pedicure was supposed to be Cinderella blue with chrome on top. I paid an additional $15 for the chrome, but I honestly don't see any chrome on my nails. I was also a little confused while watching the application because she used her rubber glove to apply it. From my experience, chrome is usually applied with a sponge or applicator. The pedicure itself was probably the quickest pedicure I've ever received. There was very little cleaning or attention to detail, and when I got home, I had to clean the sides and underneath my toenails myself. I had a different person do the builder-gel fill on my hands. While she was doing my nails, I honestly felt like she wasn't very experienced with builder gel. My nails have never been this thick before. I also accidentally bumped one of my nails while putting my hand into the UV light because I was getting my pedicure and fill done at the same time, which put me in an awkward position. I pointed out the spot to her, but she looked at it and told me it was fine. I didn't feel like arguing because I already felt uncomfortable after they were discussing the fact that I wasn't sure what color I wanted for my hands. She asked me to show her a picture of what I wanted, so I did. Then she told me she couldn't do it. I was confused about why she asked to see the picture if she wasn't able to recreate it, especially since the design was simply purple with glitter. Overall, I left feeling disappointed, especially for the amount of money I spent. I was expecting more attention to detail and better communication.

While there are a lot of "things" included in the pedicure, I wouldn't say that they were executed with the highest quality, nor with the greatest of intention & focus. Two things specifically stood out: 1) There wasn't a lot of effort to full attend to the dry skin/callus on the heel, & 2) the massage really lacked pressure & intent.

Rubbing the nails after she did them, telling me how great they were. I'll let you decide. Taking them off, having them removed, FINALLY! was painful, due to the extreme thickness of the nails. This was one month and I was hoping they'd start to fall off. They did not. Two days prior to the appointment, she sent a brief text canceling, that I will include. Prime self business owner failure. I had no intention of returning to Sherry. --- After a plethora of back and forth texts messages, many ignored and then she would respond, it took a MONTH to get an appointment. I didn't say much and so she questioned me if there was anything wrong... - You're late for my appointment and you know it... why say something that's already obvious? No apology, because that would never occur to her. Nails are not even in thickness. THEY ARE SO THICK. Nonetheless, third appointment is supposed to be Friday and today (Wednesday) I get a text that says "I have to cancel your appointment on Friday". No further information, so Sherry, thank you so much for canceling my appointment on Friday, I cannot thank you enough. Your attitude is bigger than your talent. Take your chances, but good grief, self employed with an unwarranted ego. The reviews that talk about her attitude are not embellishing at all. The nails look like hippopotamus teeth rather than nails.

Anyways...within the first 12 hours, one of my nails had already chipped in more than one corner. By 48 hours in, 5 out of my 10 fingernails had chips in them. I thought it was very over priced initially, but now that I know how poorly they were done, I severely over paid!!!!!! I'm not happy at all with my dipped manicure and am upset cause I now have to go pay to take them off and it's only been three days. I scheduled a 60-minute relaxation massage with Brenda and expected a light, purely Swedish-style experience. Instead, she masterfully combined Swedish techniques with targeted pressure point work.
