I requested my standard gel mani/regular pedi combo, and enjoyed the massaging chair and my manicure was well done, minus a few wonky shapes on my nails. My sister hated her service (so glad I paid over $100 for that....), which was partly her fault and partly the salon's. I will say that the bride was a bit distracted, so didn't actually pick or check her colors before application (that's her fault), but for her cream and gold color theme, which she did tell the tech and asked for recommendations, they painted her toes metallic silver and her nails stark white with silver chunk glitter. So she was unhappy about that, but could have checked the colors and asked for an adjustment. She got tips, and didn't think they were well applied or neat. It's hard to rate based on a service that we didn't communicate well on, but I wanted to share anyway. We were there for a group relaxation outing, and they didn't really handle the group well. At one point they had my sister sitting in a pedicure chair by herself, while the others were either wandering around or getting a service in a different room. Again, not awful, but I think we would have appreciated being co-located for the majority of the event. When we went to pay, it was hard to get itemized receipts and the woman cashing us out seemed confused and a little disinterested in the whole process. Found on my second visit I was over charged by $15 the first visit as well. Their idea of a massage is ridiculous and it's not all the employees either because both times I came I watched the one lady give ideal pedicures to her clients. I don't what the relationship is with the main lady and this man but the amount of excuses and lies she participated in for this man when confronted is absurd. I'm a huge person about my pedicure and this is just gross my 7 year old can give better pedicures. Save your money
