I went in for a basic manicure and didn't want gel polish or acrylics. As soon as I said that I felt Alena did not care about the service and rushed my appointment. When I asked for clear basic polish, she didn't know the difference between that and gel, and gave me gel. When she realized she had made the mistake, she put normal polish over it, dried it with a small fan, and then started putting the lotion on my hands before it was even dry. This caused the polish to get messed up and then she pointed aggressively to the "tip in cash" sign at her desk. I would never recommend this salon to anyone. read more

They treat my disabled mom wonderfully every visit. Always helping her with her nails while being kind and patient. Many places have gotten upset in the past when she comes in just for a nail trim, but she simply is unable to do it herself. Nail Concepts understands that and helps her with a smile. Every time. After being a customer for 5 plus years of getting my lashes , nails and waxing done at Nail Concepts I'm sad to say I will no longer patronize this establishment every time I make a appointment I end up waiting 45 min to a hour longer then the established appointment time or dbl booking and can I come back and I have a very busy schedule and I don't make a appointment just to wait 45 min longer or dbl booked can I come back I think it's extremely unprofessional. read more

I'm in town for work and decided to stop in here because its walking distance from my hotel. Great Pedicure and awesome nail polish selection. I chose a vegan option, which I'm pretty sure I've never seen before. I dont necessary know what would make nail polish vegan, but the color is on point. Reasonable prices. My mom uses a walker and Nail Concepts was very accommodating. Easy parking near the door and they kept checking on us to make sure she was comfortable and offered to move her, etc., if not. When they saw me taking photos, they even thoughtfully offered to get some of us together, which were better than mine! Mom loves her nails and I'm very pleased that it was such a good experience. read more

I was a walk in client, staff was very nice got me taken care of within 10-15 minutes. Price was a little high but that's due to what I wanted. Very clean atmosphere, they make you feel welcome. Definitely will be going back! read more

I WON'T go back or recommend them. I had my nails done with a French Dip. The first technician seemed to know what he was doing but the nails were much too thick when she was finished. Then when I went back 2 weeks later to have them removed a different technician didn't let them set long enough to get them off. She seemed to be in a hurry even though there was only one other client in there and began filing them down with the electric file. I figured she knew better than I so I didn't say anything, but looking back at it now I wish I had. After she sliced my finger and it bleeding the entire time, when she was "done" my nail beds were filed down so thin that they now show red patches and my nails bend in half. I've had to cut them clear down. The regular fingernail polish she put on was not done very well, I couldn't tell I'd been to a salon. Very disappointed! read more

If only I could give no stars! I called in the day before to see how much it would be for gel nails with short tips, and I was told $55. I also spoke with an employee a few minutes before my appointment to confirm what they had told me on the phone the day before. My nails are done, I get ready to pay, all of a sudden an employee comes up to me and tells me that the total is actually $75. The worst first experience of getting my nails done in Fargo since moving from Minneapolis. Hopefully I can find a more decent nail salon soon that doesn't switch up their price on me at the last minute. read more

DON'T GO HERE EVER. I actually did go to this place for almost a year. In that time, the prices all increased by at least $10. When I asked why this was, the manicurist said, "Because demand increased." In that time I went to another place which was even worse, so I did keep going here after that. However, gradually the prices continued to go up even more, I started being charged for different things I hadn't been charged for before even though I was receiving the same service (they kept adding random costs to the total bill), and the quality of the services plummeted. I do not like paying $50 for a manicure that doesn't even look good! If they do this to a long time customer imagine what they'd do to someone else. Don't go here! read more
