I went back two weeks later to get my nails done and have those tips taken off and my nails were green. I had to leave everything off my nails for three months when I finally went back and was able to have my nails done again I went back to having the acrylic overlay on my natural nails. I went on Friday to get my nails done and I have broken two of my nails over the holidays again I was told I had to have the tips put on and I was very nice. I told the girl I was I would not put tips on my nails She told me I would have to have someone else do my nails and rudely got up and went in the back then I'm not gonna say who it was, but he came out and told me that he would do my nails, and after years of having acrylic overlays put on my nails, which I don't wear my nails long told me that he could not build my nails up all he could do is just put it on my nails the way they look Which is not true. I have never had my nails look so bad and I actually paid for this. I could've done a better job probably than this. All he did was put acrylic over a broken nail and left it like that, and then polish them and then expected a tip and on their website, they actually state that they pride themselves and satisfying their customers I'd be embarrassed. I truly expect my money back and I'm gonna post a picture of how bad they look a Child could've done better. I will never go back there again because I wouldn't put tips on my nails. I have to be punished and not have my nails done. I can spend $70 someplace else.

It may be the cleanest nail salon I've ever been in. That's the first thing I look for. My service was excellent and timely. It was well done. They do have a single utilitarian pedicure - no additional options, but they have clean and modern equipment, great service and very reasonable prices. Again, the first thing I look for is cleanliness and this place has it. They use branded Clorox with bleach to clean each station and the autoclave technology I look for when I go into a salon. I don't have portraits drawn on my fingers and I don't look for an experience when I go into a nail salon. I want a good pedicure done well with clean instruments and a natural nail manicure. This is what I got here and I will be continuing as a customer. There are plenty of chairs, even two small ones for little girls. When I was seated, my grandmother was still deciding on her color and one of the ladies came over and told her that you have to pay extra if it is your first time getting gel nails. I don't find this reasonable because at my nail salon in Dallas, I have never been charged extra because it was my first time. It has always been the same price.
